We are located in a unique, pristine setting on the Kenai Peninsula, within walking distance of the Kenai River and bike/jogging trails. This unit is exquisitely designed, furnished, and equipped with full amenities: 3 bedrooms (Master with king bed, other 2 bedrooms with 2 extra-long twin beds in each room), 2 bathrooms, full size equipped kitchen, patio with gas grill and outdoor furniture, firepit and so much more!

This property was everything we could have asked for and more. A perfect setting off point for any and all Kenai Peninsula adventures. Will definitely return!

Great location for Soldatna... quiet spot close to town. Very clean, easy check-in and check-out. Spacious kitchen and eating area. There's a Keurig with a coffee station which was nice. Comfortable beds and everything worked well! Plus they had visitor guides out to look through. It was everything we needed for our trip!

Super clean unit

This unit was very clean and had all the accommodations. It was just a few miles from town, which was convenient. The owner was very nice. Twice we saw a moose grazing in the front yard about 2 properties down the road. We would highly recommend staying here.

Review

Need more towels. There was one towel per person for 6 people for 4 nights and only 4 washcloths! Not enough. And the laundry situation was a joke because no one in town would give you quarters and it took 8 quarters per machine. Need another kind of system. The picture of the listing implied that it was on the river which it was not. Nice place and we enjoyed our visit.

Perfect for families

This property is wonderful and exactly as listed. John and Patty were very helpful and immediately responded to questions. We had a nice grilling spot as well as a fire pit for a evening fire and yard games. Bedrooms were nice size (we pushed twin beds together for our adult children and significant others) and beds were comfortable. Living room was a great size for lounging and the netflix was a hit for a late night movie. Great breakfast table (for four) as well as a dining table that fit our family of six. Kitchen was spacious and stocked with everything we needed to prep meals. Neighbors were quiet and polite, moose made an appearance a few times too! Definitely will stay again when back in town! Thank you!

Great Kenai Property

We were 5 adults, there was plenty of room to cook, play cards and relax. Enjoyed the fire pit and deck. Fans of the French Press that was available. Kitchen was fully equipped, we like to cook and the grill was a plus.

Very comfortable

We found the unit comfortable with all the equipment we needed to cook. We had 6 adult ( ages 70-19) Keurig coffee cups were much appreciated in the morning. Owners were responsive to my questions. We felt the location was a good for side trips to both Homer and Seward. We were very glad there was a dryer on the lower level (after we got soaked in the rain) but make sure you stock up on quarters!

Place was as advertised, and quite clean, spacious and well equipped. Great firepit area. Great location. Added bonus = quiet area. Only possible improvement could be to add some lighting in dining area. Thanks for a great time!

Very comfortable and successful trip for 3 women.

Bedding and living room was very comfortable. There was a stocked kitchen with Keurig machine and coffee. If you plan to do laundry, bring quarters as that was all the machines took. WiFi wasn’t too good, but it may be like that in the area. Netflex was provided and we had no problem watching a movie. I would definately stay here again.

This Apartment was perfect for our stay. We came down to dipnet and stay for a couple of nights.

This property was quite comfortable for out group. It was roomy inside and the yard and surroundings were well manicured. It was a little warm inside as we ended up staying there on one of the unusually hottest days in the summer. Screens on the windows might have helped with the heat situation but otherwise everything was super comfortable and very clean and neat!!!!!

Spacious and very clean! Even tho it is a 4plex unit, it is quiet and set back in a private tree’d area landscaping well taken care of. Close to river and town .
