Hotell nära Soledad Snads Park

"Stort och rent rum med sköna sängar. Mysigt hotell och personalen var trevlig. Vi köpte till frukostbuffé i restaurangen och den var jättebra, gott utbud och fräscht. Shuttlen till Universal var smidig. Hade absolut bott här igen! "

"+ ligger bra till i förhållande till huvudgatan med affärer och restauranger + vänlig och service minded personal både i receptionen och vid frukosten - foto av rum på bottenvåning med egen uteplats ger intryck av att du har en ganska rymlig uteplats i skydd av en häck. I själva verket är uteplatsen 2 stolar utanför dörren och allt annat är gemensamhetsytor, dvs att andra gäster kunde passera direkt utanför fönstret och sätta sig på de stolarna. - rummet kändes slitet - jacuzzin var avstängd - vattnet i poolen var så ogenomsiktligt att man inte kunde se botten. Vågade inte bada i poolen då vattenkvaliteten inte kändes tillförlitlig."

"I like the concept of the virtual lobby, except for when the access code stopped working and no one was on site. I don’t have a U.S. phone number, so calling for help was very expensive, but I had no choice. The property itself is modern and generally well-maintained, but the cleaning staff tends to slack off. They don’t clean the corners of the floors, leave hair in the shower, and don’t properly clean the toilet and the sink. It’s a shame, because the place really has potential. Great location, and the staff was friendly."

"I was planning to stay for 3 nights at Glendale Express Hotel, but I left after the first night due to several issues. The hotel is very old, with a musty smell in the room, and the walls are incredibly thin. I could hear everything from the neighboring room – there was a loud party going on all night, complete with dancing, children crying, and constant noise. It was impossible to get any sleep. The room itself was small, outdated, and uncomfortable. The hotel is in desperate need of renovation. I would not recommend this place to anyone, and I will never stay here again. Terrible experience overall."

"For the price you pay, should be better. Old facility and I expected much more. Close to the park wich ofc is nice!"
