Fun summer vacation

Thanks for the great home base for our summer vacation. We chose this property because we’ve stayed there two times before in past years and it provides plenty of room for everyone in our family. We all love the use of the pool and clubhouse games/activities.The place was very clean and had everything we needed. Will stay

Dusty Review

While the property was beautiful and relatively clean, it was extremely dusty. It was also hot and we needed to use the fans in the condo, which were all covered in dust. The property and location were absolutely gorgeous. We had all the supplies we needed, but the dust was distracting.

Great stay a Solitude

Condo was just what we need and well appointed. Only thing lacking was air conditioning which is common in the mountains. Fans provided and open windows helped.

Week in the Mountains

The stay was nice. It was a hot one. We stayed during a heat wave and it with no A/C in the units it was some hot nights unfortunately. It was beautiful surroundings.

Very nice condo

Up to date, comfortable place. When we arrived, we found the DVD player didn't work, and one toilet wouldn't flush. We called and they came the next day to take care of it. (Toilet still not perfect :( ) West-facing windows made it pretty hot in the late part of the day (no AC) but it cooled off very nicely at night. Also, one of the 6 dining chairs is missing, but I didn't report it as we were able to manage with the patio furniture. Solitude is a lovely place!

Average experience but enjoyable

The unit was clean but needs some maintenance. Cracks in walls and worn out furniture. There were some necessities provided but some missing as well like Kleenex. We had a nice stay at the community in general but this unit with a little work could be better than the average that I give it.

Mountain Get-a-Way

This rental was exactly as advertised. Lovely views of Solitude mountains. Plenty of room for four adults. Close to many good hiking trails.

Perfect solitude condo

Just a perfect condo in the perfect location for skiing at solitude. Comfortable beds and our teenagers appreciated that the kids’ room had queens! Kitchen had everything we needed and we ate in most nights. Easy walk to lifts. Club Solitude was great for gym and teens to play pool.

Ski trip

Convenient location to Brighton ski resort. Nicely furnished. No instructions on how to use the entertainment system in the living room. The DVD player did not have a dedicated remote control and it played our movies in black and white.

Comfortable and Convenient

Comfortable unit, if a little dated, and very well stocked. Plenty of towels, pillows, blankets, paper goods, etc. for our stay. One of the chairs in the LR photo was not in the unit, so there was not enough seating for our group of five to watch TV. Check-in would have been great if it had worked as intended. The code we received for our lockbox at the office didn't work, and the master key we were told to use instead didn't work when we arrived at the property. But Vacasa had someone there to meet us with keys and a parking pass within about 15 mins., so they did take care of the problem quickly. It is an end unit which was nice. View of the pool and hot tub area, and nice mountain views over the parking lot. A little further walk to the lift than the other condo buildings, but you do have Club Solitude with the hot tubs and other amenities right in your building which was a plus.

Excellent location but condo is in decline

Overall the Location is beautiful and the facilities and amenities were excellent, but the condo is a bit in decline, with stained carpets, broken old blinds, and awful lighting. We loved staying there, but the condo needs an overhaul.

Beautiful location!

We really enjoyed our stay here. We stayed during the week so it was pretty chill and quiet except for he summer maintenance crews. This corner unit gets quite a bit of sun in the afternoon and gets pretty warm. Nice for a getaway from the hustle and bustle.

Amazing location, views

We have been staying at Solitude for over 10 years in various rooms. This unit has the best views and vaulted ceilings which gives it the advantage. The location is hard to beat and it is so nice to get away from the crowds of Park City. The unfortunate thing this time was the pool was down for two days and the water slide was never operating. Also, VACASA would not allow a later than 10 am checkout which made it hard. For those reasons, four stars. The room could use an update but still nice.

Fantastic Ski On / Off at Solitude

Our family stayed here in December 2019. Can't control the weather, but we had perfect timing for 3 days after a nice snow-storm. Property was very comfortable -- as advertised there's not a central heating -- baseboard heating only which is the only *minor* complaint; but not going to dock any stars . We would stay here again.

Great condo!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Solitude! Very nice, corner condo with beautiful views! We had 3 adults, so it was very comfortable. The fans were appreciated with the recent heat wave, one more fan would have been perfect. The kitchen was nicely furnished, but a new skillet would be a good addition. We really enjoyed morning tea and evening wine on the patio with the scenery and summer breeze! Very comfortably furnished, we fought over the black recliner! We'll definitely return for the peace and quiet at this condo!
