Cocoonr agency offers this 40 m² air-conditioned cottage with swimming pool in Solliès-Toucas to rent for up to 6 people.

It comprises an attractive 25 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 25 m² living room with TV and sofa bed
- Open-plan kitchen with appliances including electric kettle, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with a bunk bed (sleeps 1) and a single bed
- Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

Exterior:
- A 15 m² east-west terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days all day long.
- Shared, unheated outdoor swimming pool with paddling pool and sun loungers (open from April to October and secured by a fence, weather permitting).
- 250 m² wellness area (fee payable) (sauna, steam room) open from June to September

The cottage is ideally located in Solliès-Toucas, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Activities :
- Hiking in the Forêt des Maures: explore picturesque paths in the heart of a forest renowned for its cork oaks, waterfalls and streams.
- Visit the Château de Solliès-Pont, a 13th-century medieval building with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains
- Solliès-Toucas Provencal market, ideal for discovering local flavours

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the cottage's private car park (1 car). Free parking is available on the estate.

For other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Solliès-Pont, about 5 minutes' drive away
- Nearest airport: Toulon-Hyères, about 25 minutes' drive away

To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge.

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Swimming pool: Children must be supervised by a parent when swimming. Opening dates non-contractual (swimming pool/wellness area) and subject to weather conditions.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
