“Our room was in excellent condition when we checked in, and the desk staff could not have been nicer or more accomodating. “The pool water appeared cloudy and not clean. Not enough chairs at the pool. Elevator was stifling hot for some reason. Shampoo canister was empty in shower. 3 towels for 4 people. Gym was under construction so no fresh water station. Breakfast was excellent- good coffee.”
