Must see to truely appreciate this gem located on Coralville Lake and Mac Bride. Enjoy a peaceful stay at this adorable 3600 sq.ft 3-bedroom house in Solon. Bedroom one features a king bed and a twin sized day bed with a twin sized trundle, attached master bath with a shower and jetted bathtub. Bedroom two features two queen beds and attached bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Bedroom three features two sets of twin bunk beds, just down the hall from the bathroom. Ensuring a comfortable night's sleep for all guests. Three twin roll aways beds can be requested (prior to arrival) adding two sleeping spaces in bedroom one and one additional space in bedroom three. With a well-equipped kitchen and ample dinning seats for everyone this home is perfect for hosting a family gathering, birthday party or just a relaxing weekend away. Enjoy a quiet night around the firepit and play yard games. The basement rec area is the perfect place to gather, watch a game, shoot pool or play games. Right in the heart of the corridor you are a short driving distance to Iowa City ( Go Hawks ), Cedar Rapids, North Liberty or Mount Vernon. We are just minutes to MacBride State Park where you can relax on the beach, rent a pontoon, kayaks or paddle boat. Need for speed? Coralville Lake has jet ski rentals and pontoon rentals. Everything about this house is perfect. Great communication from hostess, Tiffany. She's so nice and accommodating. Rented the house for a weekend Hawkeye game with adult children and grandson (22 months). The stash of toys was such a wonderful unexpected surprise since it was cold and rainy (Oregon game). I was able to keep him entertained while everyone else was at the game. Plenty of sleeping room and the decor of the house is fun. New appliances and plenty of dishes, silverware, etc. Already booked for next year and can't wait to come back.

The lake front home exceeded our expectations! The house is much larger than it looks. We enjoyed the week-end for an Iowa tailgate. The basement was an entertaining dream. We played pool, watched a movie, had happy hour and dinner. Some of the group went upstairs to the extended rectangle table to play games. We had plenty of beds and lots of space on the comfy couches. I think we had 4 people sleeping on the coaches because they were so comfy. The beds were also very comfortable. Soft linens and towels. The entire house is meticulously maintained. Plenty of parking. Also, there are so many little touches that weren’t necessary but definitely appreciated. For example, lots of flavored k-cups, little creamers, all the utensils, paper towels, games, etc. Also there are a ton of yard games in the garage. I wasn’t expecting to canoe in October, but after a quick walk down the trail to the lake edge, we decided to take them out for a little bit. It was so beautiful.Tiffany was extremely friendly and prompt with her responses. Will stay here again!!!

This is an amazing house with spacious rooms to entertain and great outdoor spaces as well. There were great games and toys for toddlers to adults!! It was clean, functional and family friendly. I’d give it 12 stars if I could!! I can’t wait to stay here again.

We stayed here for my son's wedding with family. This property was absolutely amazing. Plenty of room for everyone and tucked away so make you feel like it was just us. The host was also amazing and worked hard to make sure we felt welcome and that we had everything we needed. There was plenty of thinks to do that everyone was happy and had a great time. Would defiantly recommend this property as a place to stay and would not hesitate to stay here again! Thanks Tiffany!!

I really can’t think of how this stay could’ve been any better. Tiffany is so responsive and helpful. The house is like a time capsule treasure. A very comfortable place to gather with several nice places to sit indoor and outdoor. Great beds, towels, blankets, kitchen supplies. Easy access to a grocery store and great hiking/biking trails nearby as well! Thank you so much for the hospitality.

What an AMAZING property! The pictures DO NOT do it justice! We booked this for a bachelor party and it was perfect. There is so much space and the patio area is beautiful. It was great being so close to putting a boat on the lake. We wanted to book this house but waited too long, and it was taken- I reached out to Tiffany and told her to let me know if it popped back up and SHE DID! She responds so fast and is a great communicator! My favorite VRBO i’ve ever booked!

Volleyball Team Getaway

We traveled as a team to Iowa for a volleyball tournament. We had 12 athletes and the coaches and the house was perfect for our team. We were able to eat our meals together in the spacious kitchen/living room. The girls all were able to stay in the same room and there was more than enough room for all of us to stay. We went to the beach one day and were only 20 minutes from Corallville which is where we played the tournament. It was a great stay at a great property!

Beautiful Home Perfect for Our Bachelorette Party!

We had the most amazing stay! The house was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our group of 15. We were welcomed with music playing, a thoughtful gift basket with s’mores, and a sweet note congratulating the bride, such a personal and heartwarming touch!The home was stocked with everything we needed, plenty of utensils, games, and space to spread out and relax. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and even brought us extra ice when we needed it.Every detail was above and beyond. Highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a fun, comfortable, and memorable getaway!

This property is absolutely amazing! We couldn't recommend it enough! The home is beautiful! Every room is gorgeous! And the host has put so much thought into every need of the guests staying there! We had a large group of friends coming together for the weekend, and everyone was just blown away by how amazing this place is. We will 100% be coming back to this property for future get togethers
There's plenty of space for parking
The fire pit area was one of our favorite ways to end the night
There's a little path behind the house that leads to a beautiful lake. We took an evening swim and it was amazing!
The living room was so big and cozy. But so is the whole house. We never felt cramped despite there being a lot of us.

Great Experience

Great overal stay. The house is more than big enough with plenty of things to do inside and outside the property. They furnished all the small things that you would overlook to pack to make your stay much more convenient. Looking forward to our next trip to Iowa and would want to stay here again

We rented this property for a large group, and we were beyond impressed with everything. The host was very friendly and accommodating. The place was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of amenities. It's in a great location on Coralville Lake, and is a short journey to Lake MacBride. Next time we're in the area, I'll be looking for this place again.

Best Rental

This was the best rental we've ever stayed at. Been staying at rental properties for well over a decade and this was the best of the bunch. Photos and listing are extremely accurate and they are actually well stocked with what they list. First rental I've seen have extra crib sheets for a pack n play, plethora of paper towels, Tupperware for leftovers, bug spray and sun screen .... the list goes on. They even had a spare propane tank which we used when the gas fireplace ran out making smores with the kids. Will look to stay here in the future anytime we're back in the Iowa City area!

The listing does not do this property justice! Great space and rooms. Lovely wooded and grass areas. The owners definitely went the extra mile in everyway. Communication was friendly and accurate!
