“Bra frukost! Grundutbud plus frukt. Inte överdådigt.”

“A fantastic hotel with wonderful views. We received a very nice welcome from the hotel team and they were very helpful during our stay.”

“No personal - self-service. Worked ok. We stayed with our dog and had a great experience.”

“The women in the reception was quite cold and not very welcoming. The guy on the other hand was very warm and welcoming. Overall nice hotell however the village is quite dead and not many restaurants around.”

“A small Grand Hotel older style hotel in the centre of Luzern. Liked the parquet floor in the room, the large window facing the lake and the overall ambience. Easy access to public but Luzern centre is just a few minutes walk away. Plenty of variety for breakfast and a very comfy bed.”

“Krånglig incheckning där man nästan måste kunna tyska för att förstå sammanhanget och bilagor som de skickar till en och förväntar att man ska kunna läsa.”

“Perfectly located and so much charm in this hotel Much nicer than normal modern ones”

“Our room was very nice for two couples, with comfortable beds and a few free drinks and snacks provided. We also loved the small balcony with a view of Lake Lucerne and the easy access to walking downtown along the lovely lake path.”

“A classic traditional hotel with a lovely breakfast. Helpful staff that made us feel very comfortable, especially Ara who was working the late shift and went the extra mile to help with every request whether it was a late night snack or restaurant tips.”

“Saknade variation på frukosten. Lite sliten design men kanske svårt mitt i stan.”

“Right in the center! And everybody did their best to make our stay good!”

“Aussergewöhnlich aufmerksames Personal, perfektes Ambiente. Besonders empfehlenswert ist das Minamo.”

“Helt fantastiskt hotell uppe på en kulle med vacker utsikt över Luzern! Maten var riktigt god. Bergbanan upp lika spännande varje gång med trevliga förare. Fina vandringsstråk och kossor med bjällror betade nedanför. ”
