Dogwood Flats - A cozy guest house in the oak trees!

Welcome to Dogwood Flats, a newly renovated 1 bedroom 1 bathroom guest house with a full kitchen. We are located approximately 3 miles south of the center of Sonoita in the oak trees, but don't worry, you will still be able to enjoy incredible views of the Santa Rita Mountains and the beautiful sunsets. The location of Dogwood Flats is the perfect base of operation, whether you are here to enjoy some hiking, bird watching, wine tasting, hunting, or time at the nearby lakes.

THE SPACE
A cozy one-bedroom (king), one-bathroom guest house with a full kitchen. The sofa does pull out into a bed for additional sleeping arrangements. The kitchen is stocked with essential equipment should you wish to cook a meal, and a propane grill is available on the patio. There is no TV; however, we do have wifi, so you can bring your laptop or tablet should you want to watch a little TV or a movie. If you want to unplug, there are several board games and decks of cards for your entertainment.

OTHER INFORMATION
The welcoming committee consists of our "puppy girl," Rinella, who is a ball-crazy border collie and our friendly barn cat, Skittles. The guest house does have a fenced-in yard to keep our animals out of the area during your stay. If you forsee any issues, please let us know immediately.

Note: We are pet-friendly and have $25 pet fee. We ask that you do not leave your pets in the yard or the house unattended unless they are kenneled.

Hosts reside in the main house located on the property and may be seen tending to the landscaping, feeding the animals, or grilling on their back patio. We love interacting with our guests but will not approach you out of courtesy for your comfort and privacy. But please feel free to say hi or stop us if you would like to chat about the local sights or the property itself. We can also be contacted through VRBO during your stay. Guest instructions are sent directly to guests prior to arrival.
