The apartment has everything you need: a cozy bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm), a modern bathroom with shower, a fully equipped new kitchen with ceramic hob, microwave, kettle and coffee maker, and a bright living room with Smart TV and dining table for 4. The highlight is the balcony with panoramic views of the snow-capped Allgaeu Alps and a comfortable seating area under the awning. Winter sports enthusiasts will love the ski storage room in the building. A shared laundry room with washing machine is also available. A dedicated parking spot (No. 13) right in front of the house is included.



Guest Access:

The apartment is entirely at your disposal. The ski storage and laundry room (with washing machine) are shared areas in the basement of the building.

Sonthofen is a state-recognized health resort in the heart of the Allgaeu. The town is nestled in the Allgaeu Alps and offers top leisure activities year-round: In winter, the ski resorts around Oberstdorf and Kleinwalsertal await; in summer, hundreds of kilometers of hiking trails, mountain bike routes and swimming lakes invite you to explore. Numerous restaurants, cafes and shops are just minutes away.



Getting Around:

The apartment is located in the quiet Sonthofen-Staig district with its own parking space. Sonthofen city center is about 25 minutes on foot or just a few minutes by car. By car, Oberstdorf is about 20-25 minutes away, the Fellhorn/Kanzelwand ski areas about 30 minutes.

Please note the visitor tax (Kurbeitrag) of 3.50 euros per person per night - this is to be paid separately. Parking spot No. 13 in front of the house is exclusively at your disposal.
