Good morning, We are sorry that you had another expectation but a lot of clients tell us that the Residence is better than you can see on photos, and a lot of them come back for holiday in our villagge. We advice all clients to check the photos first, we can't answer your expectation if you wanted the huge resort and the bigger apartment (as you said to us) and you've booked another type of place for the lower price. The apartment is not dark at all if you open the blind (anyone can have their own opinion) and you didn't tell us about the dirty plastic tables outside so I can't verify if it was clean or not. We renovate the pools every year as another spaces. I'm sorry I can't add the photos here as a proof of my words. The furiture is beautiful and apreciate for almost all clients as well. We hope you had better time in another place and we hope our clients will pick our village looking at the images that you can find. We absolutely can't agree with the opinion that the village is outdated and we have the confirmation from a lot of other clients that come back more than 3 times. Best regards, Klaudia Cach

Per il WiFi siamo dispiaciuti, ma purtroppo ci sono stati 3 guasti in una settimana (non dipesi da noi, erano guasti generali della zona), dove noi purtroppo più che segnalare la cosa altro non potevamo fare, ci siamo trovati in difficoltà anche noi a lavorare senza internet. I'm sorry but we didn't put the information that the Saturnia hot springs are 14 km from us, I have checked the information we have online. Regarding the cleaning we have apartments so we don't have the cleaning everyday only every week but you can pay a supplement for an additional cleaning and it has to be communicate. We are sorry that you didn't like our mattress but we don't receive the negative reviews or direct opinion about it from other clients.
