âMycket trevligt vĂ€lskött hotell med bra service och fin omgivning. Det enda som kanske kan förbĂ€ttras Ă€r kvaliteten pĂ„ alkohol men det Ă€r ju sĂ„klart en prisfrĂ„ga.â

âFrom check in to check out, everything was lovely. Greeted with the biggest smile in the reception and accompanied to the room while receiving brief information about the hotel. Room was perfect with everything you couldâve wished for. The smiles continued in the restaurant.
A big hotel but still felt small and private enough. Location was superb, very close to Antik Side with the promenade. Would definitely come back again. â

"Food:âšWow the food was honestly incredible! There were so many restaurants to choose from outside of the main buffet and we never had an issue with availability (we booked as soon as reservations opened online).
The Greek restaurant was a highlight â not just delicious food, but such a fun experience! We danced to traditional Greek music with the staff, smashed a few plates and even our 2 year old was entertained with crayons and paper.
The Asian restaurant is another âïžThe food was absolutely top-notch beautifully plated food with edible flowers and creative touches. The staff went above and beyond making the experience feel really special.
The only downside was Aksam â we had high hopes for a steak dinner, but almost all the steaks came with a steep price tag (up to âŹ300!), which felt unreasonable considering other great restaurants were free (included in all inclusive).
Pool:âšThe heated pool in early June was perfect especially for our toddler. It wasnât overcrowded, and the staff were fantastic zooming around on roller skates taking drink orders while we relaxed in the sun. Total 5-star vibes!
Staff:âšThe staff were amazing across the board. Special shoutout to the sushi chef at the buffet what a kind and talented man! Everyone made us feel so welcome, and they even extended our checkout time by three hours free of charge which was a huge help with a small child and a late flight.
