Smutsigt hotel under standard
Altantic Palace, Smutsigare hotellet jag någonsin varit på. myror kryper överallt och i vårt rum hittade vi en myrstack. rekommenderar absolut INTE denna hotell. Jag bad personalen omedelbart flytta mig till annat hotel och efter mycket om och men lyckades vi flytta till ett annat hotel i Sorrento som var fräsht och fint.

Fantastisk service!
Hotel ligger uppe på kullan och man får gå ca 1,5 km ner till staden för att äta middag. Vägren är fruktansvärt smala och farliga inte minst avgaser som vi fick i oss varje kväll. Avstånd från havet är överkomligt, ingen sand strand utan klippor som ska klättra. Ingen restaurang på hotel bortsett från frukost servering och poolbaren. Hotellet var underbemannade och städerska gör så gott hon kan men tyvärr räckte inte. I övrigt var fantastisk service, alla personalen var oerhört trevliga. Frukost var helt ok.

4 dagar i Sorrento
Tyvärr visade det sig att man hade överbokat när vi kom så vi fick bo en natt på systerhotell (beachhotell 3 km bort) detta visade sig dock bli bra då vi fick en fin dag på beachen dagen efter innan vi tog hotellets shuttel buss tillbaks till atlantic palace. Blev också uppgraderade till halvpension som kompensation. Hotellet ligger lite vid sidan om, har dock en utmärkt shuttelservice till centrum som kompenserar, lite irriterande uppehåll mellan 17:00 - 20:30 här borde man haft en tur vid 18.00 tiden också för dom som inte ville äta på hotellet. Fanns som sagt också shuttel service till beach hotell utnyttja detta om ni är sugna på bad. I övrigt utmärkt service, underbar frukost och trevlig personal.

Vi bodde här i tre nätter och då det låg en liten bit från centrum hade dom ordnat med egna bussar ner till stan som gick ganska ofta. Poolen använde vi varje dag och dom var väldigt trevliga i personalen. Helt ok hotellrum och bra frukost.

Staff is really friendly . First and foremost thanks to them. Location of the hotel is far from center therefore my only suggestion would be shuttle service could be more frequently.. There is no shuttle between 12 till 22 pm. Beside that everything was great. Thanks cu you again👋

Migliorerei le informazioni che si possono dare a dei turisti che non sono della zona in modo da fargli vivere anche al di fuori della struttura un esperienza indimenticabile visto le tante cose che a da offrire la costiera

Agradable hotel pero debe mejorar la limpieza
El edifico principal y lobby son muy simpáticos , el desayuno bastante variado y la atención del personal bastante bueno para los estándares italianos . Lo negativo fue sin duda la limpieza del baño de la habitación , el inodoro tanto por fuera como por dentro estaban asquerosos , la verdad que esto hizo que nuestra experiencia no fuera del todo buena.

Overall, this stay in Sorrento was incredible and we loved our time here! There are some notes for that might help fellow travelers. Luca at the front desk was amazing and incredibly helpful! The rest of the staff was ok but overwhelmed. The good: -the location is incredible! -Walking distance from the ancient Roman baths with unbelievable water, -2 km from downtown Sorrento -there is an incredible sandwich shop and tiny grocery nearby The ok: -a taxi to/from town costs at least €30 and are hard to find -the shuttle bus (which is marked GTO, not Atlantic Palace) is great but operates on extremely limited hours -there are no sidewalks for 1 km towards town or for the 400 m to get to the path to the beach -the pool operates on limited hours -the breakfast buffet was decent -there is one close restaurant for dinner which was good but still requires walking on the road with no sidewalk The difficult: -the back of the hotel area has not been maintained at all. It’s not hard to imagine how beautiful it used to be, but the impact of covid seems apparent in the landscaping -the air conditioning is extremely finicky and shuts off if you open the door to the patio -extremely understandable given the pandemic, but the housekeeping took a long time to get around to every room.

깨끗한 시설의 편안한 리조트
자동차 여행객으로서 주차를 제공하는 게 좋았습니다. 대신 프론트에 열쇠를 맡겨야 했지요. 가족 단위가 아닌 성인만 투숙 가능이었는데 그 덕에 편안하게 묵었습니다. 시설을 깨끗하고 깔끔했고 가든뷰였지만 방에서 바다가 조금 보였습니다. 수영장 시설도 괜찮았고 직원들도 친절합니다. 밤에는 1층 바에서 밴드가 수준높은 팝뮤직 공연을 해주었고요. 소렌토 시내까지 셔틀을 제공하고 셔틀이 없을 때 시내까지 내려가는 건 걸어가는 것도 아주 나쁘지 않았습니다. 다시 돌아올때는 언덕 오르막이 심하니 셔틀 등 교통수단을 이용하는 걸 추천합니다. 이곳에서 1박을 하고 체크아웃 하는 날 호텔을 통해 카프리섬 투어 예약을 했는데 돌아올 때까지(오후 5시경) 자동차를 주차해둘 수 있도록 해주었습니다.

Una piacevole sorpresa!
Esperienza favolosa. Quasi inaspettata. Stanza con tutti i comfort, comoda e spaziosa, doccia biposto. Accesso alle vasche Jacuzzi NO LIMITS. Personale gentilissimo e simpatico, sopratutto CATELLO del BAR in piscina. Piacevole anche il fatto che in tutto l'Hotel eravamo l'unica coppia di Italiani. Colazione a dir poco strepitosa. Unico neo: non ordinate il caffè espresso!.

Io ed il mio compagno ci siamo recati in questa struttura il giorno 16 luglio 2016. La struttura è prettamente dedicata ad ospiti anglosassoni, eravamo praticamente pochissimi italiani. L'hotel è pulito, il personale gentile, la colazione nulla di che, non per i gusti italiani (più improntati al dolce che al salato). Bella piscina anche se non molto grande, pulita, lettini comodi. Ottimo il parcheggio in loco gratuito.

This hotel is mostly geared at all-inclusive guests, and as such we only ate breakfast in the hotel which was very good. Plenty of choice! We stayed in the annexe which was very peaceful. Jacuzzis in the garden are lovely and we used them rather than the pool on the two days we chose to spend time sunbathing rather than sightseeing. It's about a 20-25 minute walk to the main square in Sorrento and we enjoyed the walk but the hotel does provide a shuttle bus for guests. The roads were very narrow and the pavement stops about half way but lots of people walk along the route so we felt perfectly safe. Sorrento is a wonderful place to visit and we were happy with our stay at the Atlantic Palace.

Huone suuri ja todella siisti, sattumalta saimme kattohuoneiston, jossa todella iso oma aurinkoterassi. Hyvien kulkuyhteyksien päässä, paikallisbussit pysähtyvät hotellin edessä. Lisäksi hotellilla oma maksuton kuljetus kaupunkiin ja pois melkein tunnin välein. hotelli sijaitsee rinteessä melko ylhäällä, joten näkymät sen mukaiset. Aamupala aivan mahtava, tarjolla kaikkea mahdollista. Englanninkielellä asioiminen ei tuota ongelmia. Koko henkilökunta aivan mahtavaa, todella iloista ja palveluhenkistä. Rennon oloinen tunnelma hotellissa. Siisteydestä huolehdittiin. yleisissä tiloissa ja piha alueella paljon istuskelu paikkoja, joko auringossa tai varjossa. Hotelli sijaitsee alueella jossa paljon hotelleja, joten muita ruokapaikkoja ei ihan läheltä löydä.Kadun äänet eivät häirinneet. Todella hyvä valinta meille

Camere spaziose e ben illuminate, nonostante la nostra non si trovasse nella struttura principale aveva tutti i confort xhe un hotel a 4 stelle deve avere. Colazione eccellente e servizio navetta fondamentale per visitare la città. Grandissima la disponibilità del personale che ha mantenuto la prenotazione nonostante la mia carta non ne volesse sapere! Decisamente soddisfatta!

Très bon accueil, chambre spacieuse, excellente isolation phonique, très bon petit déjeuner. Piscine accueillante, bien qu'inaccessible de nuit. Eloignement du centre de Sorrente dissuasif pour ceux qui ne seraient pas motorisés.

Atlantic Palace--up a narrow dangerous road
Taxi to hotel from train is 25 Euro. The shuttle runs only limited hours and the road between the hotel and town is too narrow to safely walk. The hotel has a nice buffet that opens at 9 a.m. on Sunday. Most guests were British.

Grand Hotel Atlantic Palace - Sorrento
The hotel facade and entrance vestibule look good but in general the rooms are tired and in need of some refurbishment, especially the bathrooms. The hotel is convenient for central Sorrento and a good hotel shuttle-bus service is available. The dining arrangements were ok but you have to be in early to ensure quality of food and service; you are certainly rushed if you are still in the dining room shortly before it closes. The Waiters are a little too formal and there is no atmosphere in the Dining Room at all. The pool is good and a lovely sun trap and the balconies on the front of the hotel are pleasent. To say this was a 4-star is overly exagerated; it's 3-star at best.

Totally not impressed
This in my view was not a four star hotel. The front desk staff were unfriendly and very kurt. The public areas were dirty. No mini bar in room and no water. No hotel shop to purchse water. Bar closes at mid night. Their supposed great restaurant was like a diner. They served the main course on the table before the apptetiser was finished. I paid for a sea view double room for two persons. I got a back of hotel view and when the other person arrived they would not let him in the hotel. I left before the night stay was over.
