The house is located 900 meters from the sandy beach of Marina Grande and 500 meters from the historic center of Sorrento.
This beautiful building is part of a renovated farmhouse and is surrounded by a large fenced green area; divided into two separate entrances, it offers distinct and comfortable communal spaces for all guests.
The spacious exterior is meticulously maintained and offers: porches and two gazebos; a shared pool with umbrellas, outdoor shower, loungers, deck chairs, tables and chairs; a large garden shared with lemon, orange, olive trees and ornamental plants, as well as areas with tables and chairs, hammocks and swings for children. Notable is the large wooden gazebo with a long table, ideal for enjoying meals - including pizza cooked in the wood-fired oven - prepared by the owners who live in a part of the same farmhouse. The pool (9x5m) and all common outdoor spaces are shared with the owners.

The house has an area of 130 m2 and is suitable for 10 people.

On the ground floor of the first part of the house is the dining area with TV, A/C and heating, a table for 8, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine. The professional kitchen boasts a large refrigerator with freezer, a 5-burner hob, oven, moka pot, microwave, and other small appliances. 3 bedrooms and 4 elegant bathrooms, well-finished and spacious, are distributed over two floors. The second part of the house has two floors: on the ground floor there is a living area with a small kitchenette, and on the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms with 2 elegant bathrooms each.

These include Nerano (famous for its restaurants and where you can rent a typical boat known as a ‘Gozzo’), Sant’Agata sui due Golfi (with numerous walking trails through the charming, green landscape), Massa Lubrense (with traditional fishing ports like Marina di Puolo and Marina della Lobra, where you’ll be able to bathe in the sea or enjoy some local dishes in one of the many restaurants) and coastal villages, such as Amalfi, Positano, Ravello or Praiano.
