Läget är underbart! Fint utsikt, bra poolområde! Enda nakdelen var frukosten som vi tyckte kunde ha varit mycket bättre!

Härligt hotell, med magnifik utsikt , men ganska mycket trafikbuller med öppet fönster.

Superhotell!! Andra gången vi bor där och återkommer gärna. poolområdet helt underbart, dock var servicen och utbudet vid lunch något sämre än sist vi var där. Kunde dom gott hottat upp lite till.

Mycket trevligt hotell med bra service
Hotellet ligger på en bergssida och har massor av slingrande gångar och våninga men det är supercharmit. Mycket god service. Bra frukost. Extremt vacker utsikt över Neapelbukten.

Perfekt för bröllopsresan!
Ett fantastiskt, lyxigt hotell. Nära till staden och havet. Perfekt för dagsutflykter till Pompeji, Neapel, Rom etc.

Fantastiskt hotell med spektakulär utsikt
Fantastiskt hotell med strålande utsikt över Sorrento, havet och Neapel. Poolområdet och trädgården var otroligt välskött och mycket vackert! Rummet stort och trevligt med många smarta detaljer, som laddning via USBkabel och eluttag i säkerhetsboxen. Boka rum med balkong och havsutsikt, definitivt värt pengarna. All personal var trevlig och hjälpsam men personalen i restaurangen ett snäpp bättre! Ett par minuters gångväg till restauranger och shopping, ca 15 minuter promenad till hamnen. Det enda vi saknade var möjlighet att själv tillreda kaffe på rummet.

Beautiful hotel but don`t book the "basic double"
Beautiful hotel with a breathtaking view from the terrace, pool and breakfast area. Our room on the other hand, the "Basic Double" did not have the same nice view. It was against a concrete wall. When we asked about it, we got the answer that it was what we payed for, did not see any information about a concrete wall in the hotel room description... I still would like to recommend the hotel for it`s location, great breakfast, pool area and view over Sorrento but they get a big minus for the cleaning, it was not properly cleaned throughout out our visit and when we arrived some of the cleaning utilities was left in the room, as if they was in a hurry and left everything behind. It was also poor service with an attitude in the reception, but very nice people working in the restaurants.

Semester i Sorrento
Mycket trevligt hotell som låg i ett perfekt läge för dagliga besök i Sorrento. Ca 10 min promenad till hamnen. Hotellets personal var mycket trevliga, god frukost, härlig poolbar och restaurang vid poolen. Övrig restaurang prövade vi ej då vi kvällstid besökte lokala restauranger.

Not as good as we hoped for
The hotel has a great location and is beautiful, the architecture and all. The service in the restaurant was great, however, the service desk personal in the lobby were too harsh and stressful. They seemed bitter we had an early morning and we had to check out although we told them. It was one particular man who was bitter. Other than that, for being such a popular hotel, they didnt have some necessities like bathrobe and slippers, one we requested for them to go to the pool. It took several hours before we got them and we had to ask them again. Pool was not heated although it was last week of april during easter holiday and there were plenty of guests,

Ett professionellt och välskötthotell. Vänlig och hjälpsam service. Middagar i matsalen var ok men saknade spets. Bra frukost med ett tämligen rikt utbud av rätter. Mycket trevliga allrum för gästerna. Inredning i övrigt av bäsdta klass.

Närmre staden än man trodde på bilderna
12 dagar med konstant sol utan moln. Kommer gärna tillbaka. Underbar by med smala gränder och trevliga barer och restauranger.

Fantastiskt bra hotell med en underbar utsikt. Rummen var stora och allt var extremt rent! Frukosten var rejäl och det fanns mycket att välja på. Personalen var trevlig och väldigt hjälpsam. Min bästa hotellupplevelse i Södra Italien.

The room we occupied was spacious and comfortable. The views from the hotel are spectacular!! Hotel staff was professional and attentive. The restaurants are first class. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return in the future.

Overall good option for being near town and also being inside a resort hotel , breakfast served is really good for being included. I just wished they were more transparent about the view you receive when you book , pictures at time of booking showed a full sea view and once you get there it’s only partial . Misleading , make sure you call before you confirm if that’s something that’s important to you .

The property is in a spectacular location and the decor is a throw back to grander days. The room was large and clean and well appointed. The staff in the dining areas were abrupt to the point of rudeness but in fairness that seemed to be a common feature of restaurant staff throughout Sorrento

The front desk staff was the best. Our first room had a blocked view, so management moved us to a new room nice view (not perfect) and sadly the hotel lights shined right onto you balcony which totally ruined the view and the Ambience. Hotel is Definitely NOT worth the Money!. Breakfast was good. Pools were freezing. The bar was beautiful but no music, no excitement, very dull and boring. Location was walking distance to many bars and restaurants Otherwise, nothing special and for a 8 night stay felt somewhat disappointed.

Beautiful hotel with a stunning view and best-placed/convenient to enjoy Sorrento as it's a 10-minute walk into the centre (restaurants, etc.) and 15-20 minutes to the port, bus/train station, etc. Breakfast is lovely and service is really great. Unfortunately our room had a sudden ant infestation when we came back from dinner one night—we were told it is due to the hotel's proximity to gardens, greenery, etc. Fortunately, we were given a different and better room with a sea view, and the hotel also agreed to launder our clothes that had been on the floor, free of charge, which we appreciated.

Two days before check in. They spontaneously canceled our reservation made with a travel agent 6 months ago. She even called and confirmed before we left for our trip. We were already in Rome and suddenly without a place to stay in Sorrento. We spend several hours of our Rome day; looking at last minute lodging in Sorrento. My husband got on Expedia and was able to book our same room back. When we arrived we had champagne in our room for another couple. They called our room and took it back. Totally fine, but clearly they have issues with booking rooms. We ordered breakfast the day of an excursion. It arrived 30 minutes late. We had to leave as they were bringing it up the stairs. Service by the pool was “do it yourself”. We had to initiate every order. This was our “splurge “ hotel for our trip and it caused us a lot of stress and frustration.
