Så "stiligt" att det helst inte skulle användas...
Fin utsikt mot Vesuvius från balkongen, rymligt och bra rum, men som på alla hotell väldigt tunna och hårda kuddar. En känsla av att inte vara riktigt välkommen och mest till besvär, korthuggen information vid kontakt med personalen. Enligt inf på hotels.com om hotellet skulle det finnas badrockar, men det fanns endast badtofflor. Vattnet i utomhuspoolen var väldigt kallt (mycket soliga och varma dagar till trots). Oklart var det var ok att byta om och endast tillgång till en kallvattendusch. Hänvisades till en toalett, men duschen (med varmvatten) i samma rum, fick vi inte använda - fick vi veta i efterhand.

Hotel Zi Teresa i Sorrento
Proffsigt bemötande på kvalitetshotell. Stort och rymligt badrum. Rent och fräscht. Frukostpersonalen var underhållande och det serverades en riklig varation på kakor och bullar. Det fanns även yoghurt och flingor så utbudet till frukost var brett. Det var en tråkig väg den första delen av trottoaren ner mot centrumdelen, men alla butiksinnehavare var serviceminded och vi fick ett trevligt bemötande. Hotellet låg 5-10 minuters promenad från tågstationen. Perfekt!

Mycket prisvärt boende med bra läge
Vi bodde en vecka på Hotel Zi Teresa, veckan spenderades med sol & bad samt utflykter. Vi var mycket nöjda med hotellet. Personalen var extremt hjälpsam och servicen var mycket god. Städningen var mycket bra och vi blev väl bemötta av alla. Hotellets standard var god, fina gemensamma utrymmen och rent & snyggt. Rummet var stort och bekvämt, balkong och en felfri aircondition. Badrummet var stort och fräscht. Det enda vi saknade var en minibar för att kyla dryck. Hotell Zi Teresa ligger 5 min promenad från stationen och 8 min till Piazza Tasso (absolut centrum). En mycket lugn tvärgata till huvudgatan Via Corso Italia, coh det kändes smidigt och tryggt att promenera fram och tillbaka dag som natt. Vi åkte kollektivt (buss) till och från flygplatsen, vilket fungerade smidigt. Taxi är jättedyrt så vi promenarade eller åkte kollektivt hela veckan, det var hur smidigt som helst. Gjorde utflykter till Vesuvius, Pompeji, Amalfi, Ravello samt Capri. Allt med lokaltrafik, allt fungerade utmärkt. Det enda "negativa" med Sorrento är badmöjligheterna. Den fria stranden (spiagga libre) är extremt liten och fullsmockad. Vi valde därför att ligga och sola på någon av beachclubbarna vid hamnen. Inte billigt... Men vi tyckte det var värt det.

A pesar de que el precio es razonable y estar cerca del centro, la propiedad no es de cuatro estrellas. Los hoteles de los alrededores de cuatro estrellas son mucho mejores. En general las instalaciones por su calidad , antigüedad y deterioro, no califica para cuatro estrellas, lo que lleva a error a los clientes de Expedía.

Wonderful location! Easy walk to many locations, easy to get to bus station, train station and even the port for the ferry. Suggest using an Uber/Taxi when arriving by ferry as there can be a lot of steps to carry your luggage up. Staff was warm and responsive. There were 4 women sharing 1 room, enough space and beautiful views of the sea. Also, a magnificent restaurant across from ZiTeresa’s front gate!

Water either too hot, or just a trickle of cold. Bed’s extremely hard, even for someone who like firm Mattress. Not even sure there was a mattress. Staff and breakfast were very nice!! Rooftop bar and view exceptional. 10 min walk to train, 15 to town and pier. Good budget option for travelers.

I would recommend the hotel. It is old and the rooms are laid out in a very weird way. The breakfast could be better. But its in a good location and is a good price.

Good location & staff generally cooperative (we got to know the maintenance man quite well, and he was wonderful). Sadly, the building is tired & wearing out; the air conditioner would stop for no reason, the metal winder shutter locked down on day 1, & numerous other small things didn't work properly. The buffet breakfast was ordinary.

I would give the hotel a 4.5 if I could. The room was clean and quiet and everything worked. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The location was good. The negatives were the beds which we found to be too firm and the breakfast which to us was pretty average.

Such a helpful lady on reception. I’d had my purse stolen in Rome, so there were complications, she was wonderful. Pool small, but that’s no problem for us, the coolness was what was required. A hugely popular restaurant is opposite

Loved the location and the building. Loved the roof top bar area. We were disappointed that pool was not accessible as closed at 6pm. Had to pay €3 for pool towel. Also, quad room had 1 good 'king' bed and 2 terrible beds, likely meant for very small children. Had a 'key' safe so did not feel secure. Broken shower head. Great staff, helpful,friendly. I would return!

OK for short stay
Finding hotel made easier by large sign on main road. Well located. Pool area cramped plus charge for towels. Car park charge €30 per night is extortionate and had to leave car key with reception. Changed bathroom towels every day. Breakfast OK.

The property was kept really well. The building itself was old. There was a smell of mold in our room, I’m sure due to its age. I couldn’t get the safe to work to store my passport and valuables. Other than that it was quite charming.

The breakfast, pool and rooftop patio are all very nice aspects of this property. It was clean and very convenient to walk anywhere we wanted to go. It was perfect for our family of four during our 4 night stay.

Absolutely superb experience. Very glad of the pool given the hot weather and lack of reasonably priced sun lounger / beach facilities in the town. Rooftop bar has fantastic views all around. Pleasant and helpful staff, cleaners were great, food options (bed & breakfast) were the best we had of three hotels we stayed at during our holiday to Italy. The restaurant opposite the entrance steps is very reasonably priced and serves fantastic food. It’s so popular people queue up 45 mins before opening time and is highly recommended. It’s close enough to town without being right on top of the marina which is (understandably) more expensive to capitalise on cruise ship passengers. We absolutely loved this place and would stay again in a heartbeat. Very highly recommended!
