Designed in a contemporary style, this property offers elegantly appointed interiors with unique designer furniture and modern comforts. The architecture, defined by natural earth tones, creates the perfect space for relaxation. The main entrance leads to the light-filled living space with a large sofa, a modern fireplace, and an elegant dining area for convivial moments. The living area leads to two mezzanine bedrooms, each with 1 double bed and 1 double sofa bed, with en-suite bathrooms featuring walk-in showers. To the right, a light-filled double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom is decorated with modern design furniture that elegantly blends with the surrounding nature. Returning to the living area, a door to the right leads to a fully equipped modern kitchen, a guest bathroom, and a laundry room.



Outdoors: Romantic Garden has a main gate entrance through the lemon grove leading to the outdoor areas and private parking. The patio surrounding the property, furnished for lounging and dining, leads to the Mediterranean gardens and other al fresco areas equipped with an outdoor kitchen featuring a pizza oven. The garden extends to the jacuzzi area, where guests can unwind and relax.

Should you intend to use one of our villas or apartments for any type of commercial use, such as photo shooting or filming, please inform Feeling Italy of this at the time of booking. Such use will be allowed with Feeling Italy's written consent. Events, weddings, wedding receptions, or large gatherings on Feeling Italy's properties without written permission are not allowed unless specified in the description. Services provided by external suppliers, such as private chefs, and catering, among others, are not permitted in Feeling Italy properties. In such cases, you will be asked to pay an extra fee for your event or service.

Any wood ovens available on Feeling Italy's properties can solely be used by the professional pizza chefs provided by Feeling Italy. Please contact Feeling Italy to enquire about the cost and availability of this service on the property of your choice.



ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE



Standard check-in time is between 3 pm and 10 pm. 

In case of flight delays or any unforeseeable inconvenience while traveling, please contact our office or the property contact. Late arrivals are managed for an extra fee. 

Check-out time is 10 am. 

Early check-in and late arrivals are subject to availability and subject to an extra fee.



TOURIST TAX



Some of the Municipalities where Feeling Italy villas are located apply a local tourist tax. The amount of this tourist tax is calculated according to the number of nights of your reservation. It varies depending on location and must be paid directly by guests before arrival, or on arrival.
