3 nätter på B&B
Frukosten var väldigt dålig. gammal toast och de fyllde aldrig på frukosten. Äggen var gröna då de var för hårdkokta. Rummen skulle behövas renoveras - omodernt. Toaletten var ofräsch - hade skor på mig i duschen. De enda positiva är att de är väldigt centralt och vänlig personal.

The receptionist Ilaria saved this property from getting a bad review from me. She was very helpful on each occasion, communicated efficiently with me prior to arrival, and even fixed a plumbing problem in my room! But the A/C did not work well at all, and the weather was hot and humid during my stay. The sink had no stopper, which is dangerous for a contact lens wearer.

Location of property was good. Rooms are tiny. Almost like a prison cell. Noone was at reception for check-in or check-out. Very expensive for what it was. Terrible cancellation policies for a place that doesn't seem to have a problem selling out. Cannot recommend.

Sorrento stay
Iliana was ever so helpful, from texting ahead of arrival to meeting us later than planned, as well as checking updates for us on the status of the broken train line! We didn't see anyone from the staff team apart from the breakfast waitress but she too was very pleasant. The room was small but very clean and comfy, with everything we needed. The honesty bar/fridge was a great addition. Location was ideal for our stay.

Good value, nice stay
This small hotel was very nice and in a good location. The rooms are small and simple but clean. Breakfast was excellent with scrambled eggs, juice, meat, cheese, pastries. The staff was very helpful when we had questions. It was advertised that there was laundry but it was just a dryer and it could only be used 3:30-5:30 pm.

Clean and very friendly staff, especially the woman preparing breakfast. The negatives- bathroom had a cramped setup. Toilet was so close to the shower that I couldn’t sit comfortably without my knees hitting the shower wall. The room was warm when we entered after the day’s excursions. When we asked about the air conditioning, we were told it wasn’t working throughout the property. Opening the window cooled the room down after 30 minutes , but we were fortunate that temperatures weren’t hot outside.

The room was basic but spacious and spotlessly clean. Location was ideal Staff were friendly and as we checked in late we needed them to come after normal hours, which they did most obligingly

Struttura centrale, pulita e moderna. Tutto funzionante alla perfezione, il personale gentilissimo, disponibile e sempre reperibile. Unica pecca le camere sono un po’ piccole e troppo ravvicinate, per cui la privacy acustica scarseggia un po’, ma comunque nulla da ridire: tornerò con piacere quando ce ne sarà l’occasione.

Très bien pour un sous sol
Nous avons bien apprécié notre séjour dans cette chambre. Nous avons juste été surpris de découvrir qu'elle se situait au sous sol (comme le reste de l'établissement hormis l'accueil) ; du coup, pas de fenêtre, juste des soupiraux. Cependant, ayant vu tant de belles choses en journée, ça ne nous a pas beaucoup perturbé. Le personnel est très sympathique et efficace.

Good and bad
Good points: good breakfast, comfortable bed, good shower, good location, clean, pleasant staff. Bad points: Our basement room was incredibly damp, and always smelled musty. Very unpleasant. Crowded bathroom with no counter space at all. Not enough hangers, and short closet didn't allow me to hang dresses. No hangers for pants at all. A green emergency light on the ceiling coyuld not be turned off, and lit up the whole room at night, making it difficult to sleep.

Sorrento Relais - reasonable hotel
Amazing stay at Sorrento Relias. Staff were so so friendly, helpful. Amazingly central and convenient location for my stay. Room was cleaned every day and I had an amazing greeting by the gentleman around 12.30pm when I couldn't check in till 1pm but my room was ready. The lovely afternoon receptionist also helped me book the speed train ticket to Florence, and the breakfast and staff who served it were so helpful too. I would stay here again, and recommend that you do too,

Ótimo custo benefício!
Hotel bem próximo a estação de trem em rua tranquila. Estava tudo limpo e organizado. Recepção foi ótima com informações e dicas. Café da manhã com frios, pão e croassanit. Alguns bolos e e tortas. Café diversos. Ótima hospedagem! Soh um pequeno lance de escada. Recepção não eh 24hrs.. mas me instruíram direitinho como abrir as portas.

El lugar es nuevo y muy prolijo. El desayuno es bueno y su personal muy amable. La ubicación no es la mejor ya que queda lejos del centro histórico, pero se puede llegar caminando sin problemas. Lo único que realmente lamento y por lo cual no estoy segura si volvería es que me dieron una habitación en el subsuelo, sin ventana. No podía lavar ni una remera ya que pasaban los días y nada se secaba.

Hola, Estamos encantados con tu evaluación y gracias por tu tiempo, Solo puedo confirmar que su habitación tenía una pequeña ventana, nada que decir, la ÚNICA OBJECIÓN QUE HA RESERVADO EN LA SALA DEL SÓTANO, en la hoja de reserva está bien especificada con fotos dedicadas. Para lavar la ropa, vaya a la lavandería, donde encontrará lavadoras y derramadores de agua, y en 5 minutos habrá resuelto el problema. Les pido a todos que revisen el nombre y fotos específicas de las habitaciones. saludos Pasquale
