The attic apartment 'La Prensa' in Sorvilán, approximately 60 m², is ideal for three people and perfect for a stay of several days. The property features a living room with fireplace and sofa bed, an equipped kitchen, one bedroom, and one bathroom.



Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office and television. This accommodation does not have air conditioning.



The house offers two terraces, one covered and one open. You will enjoy an excellent location 600 meters above sea level, with a pleasant microclimate and fantastic views of the sea and mountains. Besides the recently opened municipal pool, the beach is only 15 minutes away via a new road opened in 2024, and you are about 130 km from Cabo de Gata Natural Park, known for its excellent beaches such as Mónsul or Genoveses.



Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking, and parties are not allowed. Please avoid unnecessary noise and be considerate of the neighbors.
