  • Lyx 4-sovrum havet villa bara några meter från den vackra sandstranden i Ayia Thekla. Privat pool, grill, solstolar, trädgårdsmöbler. Poolen mäter ca 7 5 meter vid 3,5 meter.

    Fullt utrustat kök med granit bänkskivor, spis, spis, mikrovågsugn, kyl / frys, diskmaskin, tvättmaskin, bestick etc. Matplats för 8 personer som är enkelt inrymda

    Möblerad till en exceptionellt hög standard. Lounge med L-formad skinnsoffa, soffbord, plasma-TV, Wi-Fi, satellit med engelska och europeiska kanaler.

    Helt luftkonditionerade hela.

    Sovrum med king size dubbelsäng utrustade, garderober med badrum. Andra sovrummet med king size-dubbelsäng, inbyggda garderober, spegel, tredje sovrummet med två enkelsängar, fullt utrustade garderober, fjärde sovrummet två stora enkelsängar och fullt utrustade garderober, plus badrum. Alla sovrum har tillgång till en balkong utom sovrum på nedre våningen.

    Familjebadrum har dusch över badkar, och det finns en toalett på bottenvåningen. Utanför dusch med rymliga poolområdet.

    Det finns en liten men tillräckligt levererad stormarknad / kafébar några minuters promenad och Nasaki-restaurangen ligger på Ayia Thekla-stranden är bara en kort promenad.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property! The view is spectacular. Home clean and large, perfect for our family of 5 traveling with grandparents. Location was great. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful villa with everything we needed, fantastic views to the sea from the villa. Not alot around, but a sufficient small supermarket round the corner and some lovely beaches, small one to the right 5 mins walk, and a larger one with sunbeds and cafe/restaurant 10 mins walk to the left. Very good communication with the owner Carol and Sylke. Thanks for a great stay, would highly recommend.

Die Betreuung durch Sanja Maric war während unseres Aufenthaltes äußerst freundlich und kompetent.Man fühlte sich sofort willkommen.Die liebevoll eingerichtete Villa war perfekt ausgestattet. Wir haben nichts vermisst!Der Freisitz am Pool und die Benutzung des hochwertigen Grills haben uns wunderschöne Abende beschert.Ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt.

The villa is lovely, photos don’t do it justice. The location is perfect if you like a quiet area but in walking distance of the new marina, water park, beaches and restaurants. Would definitely recommend it.

Group holiday

A group of 7 adults for 9 days absolutely beautiful. Location and amenities were great. The view is amazing and just what you need to unwind. We would 100% stay here again. A wonderful holiday

We had an amazing holiday in Cyprus! The Villa was super clean and well appointed for our family of 7. The views were absolutely spectacular!! We loved spending time outdoors and enjoying the water just steps outside the backdoor! The market was just up the street and offered a great selection of things to prepare meals or just get a snack! Many wonderful memories were made! We are so thankful for our time in Cyprus!

The perfect VRBO

This property is stunning. Excess pots & pans, dishes, glasses, cups and the extra details throughout made us feel at home immediately. Communication was prompt and helpful. We have stayed in properties around the world and this was a stand alone 10. Our stay was enjoyable, relaxing and could not have been better. This is what the VRBO concept was meant to be. This villa is everything it claims to be. The view is incredible and the villa and particularly the garden has been designed to maximise your enjoyment of it. It has everything you need. The very nice beach is a short walk away however the little coves opposite the villa are more lovely than the beach when you fancy a sea swim. Shallow and warm. The local supermarket is approximately 150 - 200 metres on a flat quiet clean street. It has everything you need and the attached cafe and restaurant serves a nice coffee and a good meal. The owners and local manager are lovely and supportive. If you like the look of this villa then the reality will exceed your expectations.

Lovely quiet location with beautiful views

We had a lovely family holiday at this villa. The location was perfect for us, quiet and relaxed but also within really easy access (walk or drive) to lots of different places. In particular we enjoyed the waterpark, Ayia Napa Marina and Figtree Bay. The local beaches and waterfront is beautiful. You could happily spend your entire holiday relaxing on the sand and exploring the sea. The villa itself is huge and very clean. The outdoor space was fabulous with so many places to sit and relax or play with the children. The pool is lovely also. Carol and her communication was great. We would love to visit again!

Wonderful stay

We stayed for 2 weeks as a family of 6 with a young child. The photos do not give this villa justice, it is stunning inside and the outside is even better. Lovely large garden, terrace and pool. The views are amazing. Location near to great shop, restaurant and a great beach bar in east walking distance. The beach on your doorstep and hearing the waves 24/7, couldn’t ask for me. Carol was great to communicate with and answered all queries and if we ever return to Cyprus we will make sure we book this villa and on other place will come close

Best holiday ever!!!

We already had expectations based on the pictures on the website, but the reality far exceeded our expectations. We have been to Cyprus for the 8th time now, we have always rented houses, but Carol's house was by far the best and also the one with the most beautiful view. In our opinion, you can't have a nicer holiday than there. We will remember our vacation in this wonderfully beautiful house for a long time. We will be back!!! Dear Carol, many thanks for everything!!!

Great stay in a lovely villa

We had a great time in this wonderful villa. The view from the back of the Mediterranean is amazing. The villa has a/c in all the bedrooms and the main living area. The supermarket is just around the corner and has a nice restaurant next to it. The location is a little remote; we walked or cabbed quite a lot to get anywhere. The new marina nearby is lovely for the spa and restaurants. The pool is quite small, so couldn't really fit all eight of us. And the fixtures and fittings are a little dated. But these are minor points. We had a great time and definitely recommend it!

Beautiful villa in a stunning location

The villa was beautiful, well maintained and looked exactly like the pictures. Communication with the owner before we arrived and with the owner and housekeeper during our stay was excellent. The villa was well equipped with everything we needed for our 2 week stay. Location was stunning with access to the sea right at the bottom of the garden and there was a good supermarket 5 mins walk away. A car is required to get to the best of the sandy beaches (15/ 20 mins drive away) and to make the most of the many excellent restaurants in nearby villages. We had a couple of minor issues during our stay but these were handled quickly and effectively with minimum disruption to our holiday. I cannot speak highly enough about our time at the property and would definitely recommend the property to anyone looking for a luxury seafront villa in a quiet location but within easy reach of all the action.

Fantastic villa, fantastic location.

From day one we felt comfortable with the villa. Carol was very accommodating in advance of our arrival and answered any questions very swiftly. The villa itself was lovely. We went as a family of six and found the villa afforded us plenty of room with four adults and two kids. We were in the villa for ten days and it provided a great base to explore the surrounding area. We never got tired of having the Mediterranean at the bottom of the garden and think we will really struggle to find something with views to match anywhere else. The pool was a good size and getting it heated in April, when the weather can be a little changeable, was a great idea. I think me and my son must have spent over 3 hours a day in the pool! I would highly recommend this villa. Just the right blend of peace and quiet with ‘life’ just around the corner if you want it. Thanks Carol, your villa is great!
