Tucked away in it's own corner of Sotta this is a treasure. Amazingly close to local shops, restaurants and amenities; bakers for morning croissants and fresh bread, butchers, pizzeria which also does takeaway all within a few minutes walk.Parking is within the property grounds, with a gate for privacy, although there is no passing traffic as it is a dead end after the property. Access is off the main road, it is a dirt track so care is needed but once found was easy to use The property is extremely well equipped, clean and fresh with everything provided for that home from home experience. The furniture is comfortable, clean and well maintained. The interior decor has also had a caring touch to elevate the feeling of the surroundings.Both bedrooms have shower and sink facilities, with a utility area fully equipped with everything you'd need for the beachThe layout of the exterior has been well thought out, the pool has shade in the morning from the large olive tree and in the late afternoon from the Cabana, there is a gentle breeze also which was very welcomeThe location on the main road from Figari airport makes it a good base if you want to explore Bonaficio; Porto Vecchio, Zonza. There are larger hypermarkets / supermarkets 15 mins away in Porto VecchioWe had a fabulous time, Manon was at the property to greet us even at 10pm and also to say goodbye. She had lots of recommendations and was available on WhatsApp if we needed anything or had any questions
