Everyone went above and beyond, they surprised us with an upgrade to the Royal Suite, which was absolutely gorgeous: spacious, beautifully decorated, bathtub and so comfortable. The entire riad feels luxurious yet warm, and the staff were attentive, kind, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was delicious, the location is great, and the whole experience felt special. Would happily revisit Fes for a special occassion in future,...

“Väldigt bra upplevelse på riaden. Super snäll personal, bra service. Absolut ingenting att klaga på. Väldigt tillmötesgående personal. Väldigt fin riad, över 200 år gammal. Super fin arkitektur som man kan beundra i timmar. Stora rum med bra sängar. Rent och fräscht i riaden. Kommer definitivt tillbaka hit. ”
