It is located 200 m from the ocean (4 rue de Verdun) and close to the town centre (400 m) with its Unesco World Heritage Church "Notre dame des Fins des Terres", its main street (rue de la plage), its market, etc. It has 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed (180*140), 1 dining room with a double sofa bed (180*140) and TV, 1 large bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin and washing machine, 1 kitchen with fridge-freezer, cooker, microwave oven, ..... It has all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. It is available all year round, preferably by the week, and rates vary according to the season, the number of occupants and the length of stay.



Pets are accepted with the prior agreement of the owner.



Cleaning is not included, the guest must leave the holiday home clean or charges may apply.



Bed linen and towels can be hired on request for a fee.
