“There is definitely potential in this hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful but it surprises me it got such a high reviews. The location is quite boring and there is nothing around which requires you to take a taxi anywhere you want to go. When we got there the hotel was overly crowded as well. Breakfast was also quite full in the morning. The staff was however friendly and especially the ones that worked in the restaurant and room service. Cutlery etc. missing. They book a taxi to the wrong hospital even though it clearly states the correct address, room service that doesn't answer when it runs out of water, not cleaned, doesn't...

“Stannade här en natt vid mellanlandning i Doha. Väldigt fint och fräscht hotell som ligger bra till från flygplatsen. Rummen var perfekta och de hade gratis shuttle bus till flygplatsen. ”

“The rooms were very nice, but the bathroom was tight, particularly as the shower doors opened into the small area shared by the sink, toilet and bathroom door. Because the shower door opened into the bathroom, instead of into the roomy shower, water inevitably ran into the area with the toilet and sink. Other than that, everything was wonderful -- particularly the staff!!!! We were offered check-in far earlier than we could have ever dreamed, and many other special treatments that made our stay...

“Snabb incheckning med en uppgradering. Rummet trevligt med allt man behöver. Lite förvirrande att det i beskrivningen står att det finns bar. Den finns men dock serveras ej alkohol. I övrigt var allt bra”

“We had an amazing stay, three nights before we embarked a cruise from Qatar. Spa was nice and clean. Big rooms with both a huge shower and even bigger bathtub. All staff were so friendly and helpful, no matter what time of day we needed help. Shuttle bus to the beach, for free, is for sure a great service! We used it twice and spend a couple of hours at the great beach club. Even if it was early February it was some food and drinks for sale. ”
