“The stay was okay. The showerhead was filled with mold, it appears as if he had not been touched in a while. Bed was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very limited and not many options available. The presentation of the breakfast was very poor. The hallway smelled musty. Overall, stay was OK for the price.”

“We loved the Nassau Inn and would definitely go back! Super walkable to restaurants, the campus, and an amazing plus in summer - the community pool! Their staff is excellent. One woman called ahead and tracked down the paperwork required for us to go to pool (Nassau Inn has an agreement with them, otherwise only open to residents) on the 4th. Such a relief on a 100 degree day with small kids!”

“This was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. First of all, the cleanliness was terrible. As soon as I entered the room, there was a very strong, unpleasant smell. I told the front desk, and they said they would deodorize the room since they didn’t have another room available, but no one ever came. The towels had stains, dishes weren’t wash properly, and when we requested clean towels, they never arrived. We also asked for extra blankets, and it took multiple phone calls before someone...

“Property staff was always attentive and/or cleaning! Carpet in the main walkways are torn and there is no elevator. I didn't get any breakfast. Other than that, space in the split level room with large area for office/work, 2 queen beds upstairs, small kitchenette, fridge, microwave and 1.5 bedrooms was ample! Also the location near highway, grocery and restaurant worked for me.”

“Did online check-in and waited for digital key as I always do. Check-in time came and went and several hours later app still said that the room was being prepared. Had to go to the front desk only to be told that the room was ready. Not a big deal… But frustrating. Woke up at 6 AM to loud hallway music playing, open the door to find a speaker right above room 112 where we were staying. I’ve never been in a hotel where the hallway music was playing let alone loud enough to wake people up. Went...

“The hotel is family friendly everything was excellent and clean, with lovely green areas. The only downside was that the pool had so much chlorine that it could irritate the skin.”

“There was a musty smell and the property is under renovation with enough signs to let us know. I wasn't aware of the construction while booking. So I cut short my stay from 5 days to 1 day after informing property manager on duty, because I was in after 1am due to flight delay. Property manager was more curious about if I had pets (I didn't), than about my conveniences. In the morning, I wasn't told of breakfast.”
