Main problem was that the drive refused to give me any kind of receipt and as it was a business trip this gives me extra problems to hand in my experience report. "

"It was a pretty hotel and it was clean. The staff was absolutely NOT service oriented. Didnt care at all for your comfort. They were there to get paid, not for you to have a good stay. Had an issue that I needed their help with, they transferred me around for 2 hours to later say we cannot help you today. The breakfast buffet was terrible to say the least, my 8 year old cousin can make a better breakfast in her toy kitchen. This hotel is NOT a five star hotel, don’t get fooled by the pictures. "
