“A BAD HOTEL THAT CAN'T HANDLE THE GUESTS THAT THEY HAVE. THERE WASN'T ENOUGH STAFF. SOME OF THEM WHERE GREAT BUT THEY KEPT LYING TO US. THE AC BARELY WORKED IN THE ROOM. THE CHECK IN TOOK 2 HOURS AND WHEN WE GOT THE ROOM IT WAS DIRTY AND WE HAD NO TOWELS. THEY KEPT SAYING THE TOWELS WOULD COME IN 5 MINUTES BUT IT TOOK 3 HOURS. IF YOU DON'T HAVE ALL INCLUSIVE THEN YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR WATER DURING DINNER/LUNCH EVEN IF YOU HAVE HALF BOARD. THE ONLY GOOD THING WAS THE LOCATION BY THE BEACH BUT IT'S...

“I enjoyed my stay at Palmyra Holidays Resort and Spa. My kids loved the swimming pool and the food at the hotel. What I liked most was the swimming pool filled with sea water. It was fantastic and the view overlooking the beach was amazing! A big Thank you to the receptionists Nora and Hadda, they were extremely helpful! I enjoyed every moment there and I will be back soon!”
