This former brickyard from 1455 has retained its historic character while offering a modern and current level of comfort. Outside, you can stroll on the terrace or in the shade of the trees or refresh yourself along the small stream. The land is large and unfenced. This independent house is composed of a living room with dining room and lounge (TV, WIFI), an equipped kitchen (induction hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, electric oven, microwave ), 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are adjoining (2 double beds, 2x2 bunk beds bringing the total accommodation capacity of the gîte to 8 people), a bathroom (Italian shower) with toilet, a cellar with washing machine. For your comfort, sheets, towels, household linen, end-of-stay cleaning as well as water, electricity and heating consumption are included. Baby equipment (cot, bath, high chair, potty) can be delivered on request.
