A minimum fee of $300 will be applied for any violations of the house rules.


Noise Curfew: There is a strict noise rule from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. After 10 PM, we ask that you keep noise to a minimum, ensuring our neighbors, who have children, are not disturbed.

Respect the Neighborhood: This home is best suited for respectful guests, families, alumni, and groups visiting Notre Dame who plan to enjoy the home responsibly. Rowdy behavior, excessive noise, or loud music will not be tolerated.

Immediate Action: Serious violations may result in reservation cancellation, removal from the property, and loss of refund eligibility.
