“Our stay was great. Fast and easy check in. Property is wonderful, restaurants are available with live music and friendly staffs. Very spacious living-room with kitchenette, regular size refrigerator and separate bedroom. I wish I stayed longer. Chairs & umbrella is available with reasonable fee. The draw back is you have to use stairs to access the beach. I have difficulty using stairs. There is an elevator but a bit like maze to access it. ”

“This was a great option for my family of 4 (including 5 year old and 1 year old) so we could enjoy the beach. Kids loved the mini water play pad area (it does appear that some of the pipes could use an update). Really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, but very tight with 3 rows of tables plus the food. Not very ADA compliant, but great food options and beverages, consistently restocked throughout the service. ”

The only problem is the room itself, which had a great view had a dirty carpet that looked like it came out of a dumpster. That’s the only problem and I was surprised to see such a dirty carpet and such a nice hotel”

“This is a very reasonably priced hotel in a great location on the boardwalk in Rehoboth Beach. “Great hotel and right on boardwalk. Very clean room and housekeeping was great. The bar and grill on property was excellent and prices were very reasonable. Didn’t drive for the 5 day stay, within walking distance of a lot of restaurants and activities. To walk down the entire boardwalk took about 25 minutes. Will definitely be staying again.”
