“I took the room as a more affordable option than my usual Marriott stays. I prefer the brand consistency, so this was an exception for me. The staff were very friendly, the room was clean, though just not the level of what I usually see at my typical Marriott stays. It's fine for what I needed, a cheap place to stay for one night.”

“We stayed here for one night to break up a long drive, and overall it was a decent experience. The property itself is beautiful, with lots of plants and gardens, and it looks like the host is continually improving and adding to the space. The room was clean and comfortable once we got settled. When we arrived, it appeared the room hadn’t been cleaned yet, but after reaching out to Steven, he responded immediately and had his housekeeper come take care of it right away. Check-in and check-out...

“Nice place conveniently located”

“The room was clean and comfortable. Great walk in shower and very hot water. We were very tired after an 8 hour travel day and being up since 5 a.m. so didn’t appreciate the 8 pm call to check in on us. I was sound asleep and it woke me. I appreciate the thought though. Very quiet other than that though! I very, very, very much appreciated the desk chair that was high enough for the desk/table. It would have been nice to have two of them for the two of us. I wish all hotels would get this....

“The bed was a bit firm, but comfy, clean linens/towels- which was good. Shower was clean. But rooms need updating and deep cleaning- the lamp was covered in dust, and the windowsill in the bathroom was super dirty. Soap rack is completely rusty. It was okay for a night to stay- bed was clean - which is important, but they definitely need to clean way better!”

“The room smelt so bad of urine and cigartettes is was nearly impossible to fall asleep. There were people outside of our room swearing and being loud. I would not recommend this as a place to stay for the price and if you are traveling with children.”

“Nice hotel at a reasonable price”

“Spacious room. Very friendly staff. Most everything at breakfast was wrapped in plastic and served on plastic. Area feels a bit deserted next to the highway and some big parking lots. It’s close to the city centre but I didn’t feel like walking even ten minutes in the dark.”

“Front desk would not accomodate a double bed split instead of a king bed. Was told it was Expedia rule and could not accomodate.”

“The breakfast was lacking. It consisted of a choice of bananas, bagels, pre-packaged muffins, toast, coffee, or juice. Its clean & convenient for visiting UA because its right outside of campus. Amble free parking. The staff was polite. Plenty of nearby restaurants and shopping nearby. Bottom line, don't expect too much more from the stay other than a place to sleep and wash.”
