This was such a great experience for us! The rooms were perfect for our family of 5 (3 teens). Loved the extra den area. We really appreciated the coffee. Perfect location!

We loved the location and the house was comfortable in the very hot days we were there. It was perfect size for our group of 6 adults! It was clean and had nice amenities. I would definitely stay there again!

The house was super clean, had high-end amenities, games for all ages, well-decorated & furnished, extra goodies for snacks. A very nice place to come back to after our college activities. And loved the swing out front!

Our family of 5 stayed here comfortably while waiting to move our daughter into UVM. We were 2 parents, 2 teens and a tween. There were enough beds for us to give the kids their own space and there was every amenity you could think of. Usually we end up buying cooking supplies we end up having to throw out, but Ai had everything that we needed to cook with, including cooking spray. We didn't even need to buy condiments. If you did want to buy those things however, the house is conveniently located to grocery stores and any other stores you would need. The garage was nice to have as we had a car full of dorm supplies that we felt uncomfortable leaving out in the open, even though the neighborhood was lovely and quiet. The main level has the living room, den with pullout couch, dining room, kitchen and full bath. Upstairs are three bedrooms and another full bath with washer and dryer. For anyone with mobility issues, the stairs are a bit steep, but there is a handrail. We loved it here and plan on staying again when we return to visit our daughter.

House was very nicely equipped with everything we needed. Water pressure in upstairs shower was very weak but downstairs shower was great. Anti slip strips might be a good addition to tubs as they are a little slippery.

2-night stay

This was the perfect property for our family. The playroom is a huge plus when traveling with young kids, and the host was extremely quick to respond to any of our questions. Overall everything about this property was convenient! We would definitely stay there again!

UVM move in

We had a wonderful stay. It was incredibly easy because everything was provided. We didn’t even need to bring shampoo or conditioner or a hairdryer or coffee pods. I would highly recommend it and absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful house in Burlington

We stayed for a long weekend to view the solar eclipse. The house is immaculate—the cleanest and best-equipped vacation rental I have ever stayed in. The host was communicative and everything went smoothly. I’d recommend this place to anyone staying in Burlington!

Great House!

The house was sparkling clean and plenty of room for 7 people. Our host maintained communication throughout our stay and even had a basket of goodies waiting for when we arrived! Great choice if you are going to be in the Burlington area!

Great Spot!

Great place in South Burlington. Many convenient locations/stores near by. Quick drive into downtown Burlington. Easy check in/check out. Great spot to lounge and grill on the deck. I would definitely book this in the future.

Convenient and Cozy with a great host

This is a great weekend getaway spot. It's well appointed with extra touches like the coffee bar, extremely clean, with comfortable beds. It's conveniently located near the airport and I-89. Michelle was a great host making sure we had all we needed and no issues with getting in the house. We will be back,

Winter Ski Trip

This may be my all-time favorite property in regards to what is provided. Comfortable, quiet, and spacious. Ai goes above and beyond! I give my highest recommendation.
