“This is a very old building and we really loved the location. Everything we wanted to do was very walkable. The property is having some repairs done to the stairs up to the second floor which was good to see. The cleanliness of the tile and fixtures in the bath could use a bit more tlc. Loved the big tester bed and mattress was very comfortable.”

The guest quarters are in a beautifully renovated kitchen house that is set in a charming and welcoming garden. The first floor includes a small but functional kitchen and a sitting area. A photobook provides a history of the renovation of the space and a glass cabinet displays artifacts discovered...

“The Carriage House was comfy and welcoming. Being within walking distance of most everything was great! Be advised to bring food for breakfast if there more than 3 days. The host provided some lovely muffins, etc. but not enough for the length of our stay.”
