“Check in was super easy. The view is incredible. We only had a small mishap with a leak that wasn’t their fault it was from the room above and even so, the situation was resolved very quickly. “Good location if you have a family and want to be in the middle of it all. Room could have been cleaner, bedding had stains on it. It was a hassle not being able to get into the hotel without following someone in that had an actual keycard. “Very disappointing. Started with having to do another credit check 1 hour before checkin. We were in the car with no internet trying to provide pictures of credit cards and drivers license. After that got resolved the next problem. No working refrigerator. Microwave handle broken, could not be used. No power to the washer/dryer. Notified host right away. “We enjoyed the site, condo and visit with our family in Conway, SC. Great location to the beach and restaurants; We could not get in touch with our Host for the first two hours on arrival, therefore could not get into the condo at 4PM. Once we got the code, all was well; waited for the host to send as we waited in the parking lot. The condo safe was of no help. Parking was two blocks away, yet it was a parking garage. Overall we were very satisfied and would use this condo again.”
