“The front desk staff were kind. The room was very quiet as it was right at the pool, but they were able to animate us with another room on the 6th floor. Ocean view was nice. The cleanliness and overall quality of the room & building needs major improvements. Shower walls & toilet had hair on them, the mold issue is awful. The smell and causing excessive sneezing & poor ventilation. The hallways and elevator not very clean.”

“The only reason for four stars instead of five is because the corridors open to the outside, which means no air conditioning, and the elevators also had no air conditioning. It was quite hot outside so that made the space a bit stifling. Everything was clean, however. The location was great and close to a lot of places we wanted to go. The staff was very helpful and friendly.”

“The hotel itself is a fine place to "rest your head" as another guest had stated. The hotel is of average cleanliness you'd expect. The front desk was one staff member, who was also responsible for all phone calls and running the hotel bar as well. The poor man looked very stressed and overworked, as did any staff you saw, which was quite rare. There was no personality, no greeting, just people struggling to do multiple jobs. The hotel is in sub par shape, the pool door is broken and freezing...

“The room was not cleaned well. The towels provided for the pool were not clean permitted on the beach so this made our trip a little difficult as we were going there for the beach and had nothing to sit on unless we paid for a chair on the beach.”

“For the price, this was a great bargain. I had a beach-facing room and the view was great. The room, while run-down, was clean and the bed was comfortable. This is a hotel well-past its prime, with paint peeling everywhere and carpet that looks like its been there a few decades. All of the doors stick and need a good, hard push, and the basement - through you must pass to access the lower parking lot and the pool/beach access - looks like something out of a druggy nightmare (please don't ruin...
