“The bed sheets were not clean. Covered in both human and dog hair. Room was freezing. Looks to be an old converted shed sitting in a concrete pad. It was 5 degrees outside and we had a constant draft through the doors, windows, and cold air emitting straight from the floor. The home is old, which is no issue. “Room was dirty found bugs and a mouse trap under the bed. Did not make me feel good about staying there.”

“We arrived with our poodle and settled into a comfortable and spacious room. We enjoyed the pool, small and indoors but refreshing in the heat, to fitness center, the breakfast buffet which had plentiful good offerings and the grass surrounding the hotel with available dog bags and trash. “DIRTY... First room had a musty smell (with a plug in air freshener to try to hide the smell), stains and burn marks on the bedding, and a shorted out bathroom light (presumably from a leak from the bathroom in the room upstairs). Door wasn't sealed well, could see outside from the room. We had to switch rooms due to the shorted out light... But the second room was even worse.. “The cabin was clean and private and my husband and I had a nice relaxing experience. It was quiet and just what we needed. The shower didn't work as expected and the toilet didn't flush very well but all in all I would return.”

“Wifi connection extremely weak. On the day of our departure there was a huge insect (some 5 cm) crawling in the bed, awful to think that we had slept with it! Close to the motorway and Mammoth Cave though.”
