“The rooms were much smaller than expected. Although the two beds were a decent size, there were no closets or wardrobes. This meant that we either had to keep everything on the sitting bench that shut it out into the very thin walkway at the foot of the beds, or hang everything up. Hanging everything up from the wall hooks was cute, but absolutely did not work for multiple people staying in that room. The backpacks shut it out all the bags were constantly in the way. “Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We had a noise issue with a broken AC/heat unit and had to move in the middle of the night because we couldn't sleep, but they were helpful. Tried to call desk, but phone was missing the cord and didn't work. Breakfast was lacking options. I wished they had more items and fresh items (fewer packaged items), but it was fine for a day. Convenient to Hersheypark which is what we needed it for. Comfortable beds. Clean bathrooms....
