Reception staff was mixed - some seemed knowledgeable and others a bit confused by requests.
Bath tub side pretty high and no anti slip mat in show which made getting in and out tricky.

“I will never stay at a one of these properties again. The room was fine but the staff at reception was rude and unhelpful. It was booked prepaid with Hotels.com to which they said it was not prepaid even after showing the receipt to her. We chose to have diner there as we were tired. At least 1/3 of the tables were covered in dirty dishes. We eventually were able to flag a server down to give our order for food and drinks. Food arrived which was actually well done but never got our drinks even...
