"A wonderful hotel in a perfect sea side location. Stunning sea view from our room. Comfortable beds and room climate. A special shout out to the great members of the concierge service. Quick and nice valet parking service and helpful tips on all aspects of our stay that made every decision smooth and easy. As for constructive criticism I would suggest improving the ”full english fry” for breakfast that simply did not taste good at all. Some more options for breakfast would be nice. Also, please dear England! You are the ONLY country in the civilized world that refuse to equip your hotel- and public toilets with a toilet brush. Why? WHY…?"

"Ett av Bournemouths första hotell. Underbart hotell med historik 200 år bakom. Därför mycket som var gammalt och slitet på ett naturligt vis. Inget som störde oss. Det var väntat med tanke på husets ålder och charmigt. Trevlig personal och mycket aktiviteter för den som vill."

"Bra hotell för ett par nätter. Mycket hjälpsam personal vid incheckning, fick snabb hjälp med att byta rum. Mycket sköna sängar och välfungerande luftkonditionering. Badrummet något slitet, men rent. Fint läge med gångavstånd till centrum, genom en fin park."
