“I would not recommend the Moxy to a fellow traveler. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable, but there were issues. First, the check-in process was rather long due to issues with their system. When we got to our room there were no cups, so that was a trip down to the lobby. “Pool seemed to be under maintenance but no signage to state it was unheated and basically an ice bath. No coffee available except during breakfast which when we asked at the bar we were met with incredibly rude response from staff.
