“ Pathetic communication. After paying for the accommodation, a message was put up (2 days before the arrival date) that the accommodation was not available. I did not see thos message and so we arrived to find out there was no accommodation for us. Why did I not get an email to inform me. Why was I expected to "check the messages in case the booking may be cancelled". How ridiculous and what poor communication.
