“The room was spotless when we checked in, and it remained that way every evening we returned. The amenities were the best, including the pool, which was to die for, the spa, and the in-house room servers need to add more to the menu, but the wagyu hamburgers were off the chain. We liked that it was 24 hours, as my son would order at 2 am after coming back in. At all the places I have traveled, the staff could not touch the Singapore staff. The Best!!!”

“We are very disappointed, this was definitely not a 4 star hotel. We booked a room for three people and even informed them in advance of this. But when we arrive at the hotel after 24 hours of travel, the receptionist does not say anything when he sees us as three persons booking for one room. When we get up to the room we discover only a small double bed. When we go down and talk to the receptionist, he shows no understanding and does not want to help.
