Hotell nära South Franklin Street Historic District

“For an inexpensive one night stay -- excellent!”

“Clean, quiet and cosy room. Well equipped gym.”

“This is a nice clean, comfortable hotel In a convenient location. The free breakfast Was tasty with a unique lounge area. It was very reasonably priced. Not a large room but it had everything We needed including a shower.”

“Nice and cosy room. Had a bit of mouldy smell in the room. Good price. Personal touch in the place and good communication with the staff.”

“The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome, checked in on us throughout our stay, helped with a tv remote issue and offered extras to compensate for our very small issue. Breakfast was great as well as the kitchen staff who made sure everything was kept well stocked. Room was clean and comfortable. Best hotel stay we have had in quite some time! We will definitely be back again when we visit our Hokie at VT!”

“Very large rooms with a good layout. Comfy beds and clean rooms. Facility was rather new so overall great place. Very nice and large indoor pool. Pool shower was of a weird type that should be replaced. Really appreciated the porcelain plates, cups, metal cutlery and real glasses. Reduces waste and gives a much nicer breakfast experience. Great place!”

“Rent o fint👍 Trevlig personal o en mysig restaurang, toppfloor”

“Staff were very helpful and attentive.”

“It was clean and comfortable. We only stayed one night, so didn't really explore all the amenities. The ground floor, accessible room worked well for my mom. (As a suggestion for hotels in general, even thin carpet is hard to push a walker over). I liked all the lighting, especially in the bathroom. I really liked the shower -- even the mechanism that the shower door hangs on was beautiful. My only complaint was that I couldn't reach the shower head to adjust it. Nice, clean, comfortable...

“Very nice hotel. Very helpful staff and outstanding service. The breakfast included was so tasty.”

“Beautiful setting and conveniently located. Outdoor cleanup, trash removal could be improved.”

“Breakfast was weird. Everything wrapped in plastics. The flatware also plastic. The plates one time use cardboard. The “scrambled eggs” made from powder, some sort of strange meet patty in the container next to it. The only fruit or vegetable a banana. Imagine the daily load of trash from this practice. Our room smelled strongly of chlorine (yuck) but an undeniable smell of unclean still came from the carpet. The bathroom was dirty in the corners and the toilet roll hold roller had seen better...

“Room was very small, beds did not stay put bc they were on cheap frames, walls were very thin and so we heard neighbors through the night, and all the rest of the furniture and closet were extremely cheap modular plastic. It was like a dorm room with no decoration. It did not seem like a good value, especially with another $30 per night pet fee on top of that. None of the breakfast was fresh except for some fruit (all pre-packaged items). There were no handicap accessible automatic doors to get...

“Ascenseur défectueux, chambre au 3e étage, insectes dans la chambre, odeur d’urine de chats ou de chiens dans les couloirs,, café infecté et déjeuner vraiment médiocre”

“My only positive score is for the front desk clerk. He is not an owner but has to hear the complaints of the patrons. The exterior is not maintained with peeling paint, the interior is beyond dated, mold in the shower grout, bathroom floors are slippery and not from moisture and the bathroom door barely closes as it hits the toilet. Very questionable people loitering around the property and pretty sure they provide housing to Welfare recipients. We did not feel comfortable staying on the...
