“This is a truly unique hotel. It was beautifully, renovated, spacious, super clean, and very convenient for exploring Marshall. The restaurant was good, and it was very relaxing sitting on the deck and listening to the river. The unit was nicely equipped. The only difficulty we had was getting a hold of anyone for questions when we arrived. The phone number in the binder did not answer our call nor reply to text message. I did see a very helpful employee cleaning the next day who answered...

“This is a perfect stay for just a few nights. Simple breakfast with options, and necessities for purchase if you forget something. Staff was average, and rooms are quite small, with no water pressure. Our room was noticeably damp, and smelled like a wet dog. We would stay again if their one suite was available, and we would limit the stay to 2 nights.”

“I was in room 109, right next to the elevator equipment room. The noise was terrible. I did talk with the person working and they did offer to move me but it would have been a different room type. I decided to stay in the room an use ear plugs. The room was great but the sounds were constant till about 11:00pm and then begun at 6:30 am.
Why this room is even rented out boggles the mind.
Also, it would be nice to see bacon for breakfast and free EV charging.”
