  • Härligt hem med omhöljande veranda på idylliskt läge i staden South Haven. Sex korta kvarter till Dyckman Beach, åtta korta kvarter till North Beach. Gå förbi den pittoreska småbåtshamnen på den enkla fyrkantiga promenad till centrala South Haven, ett centrum fylt med läckra restauranger, underbara butiksbutiker och en gammaldags biograf. Kliver till den nationellt berömda Kal Haven Trail, katthörn från Optimist Tot Lot Park och tvärs över Dyckman Bridge till Stanley Memorial Park. En fantastisk plats!



    Beskrivning av hemmet: Detta hem har en trevlig, öppen planlösning med ett stort, äta kök, rymliga matsalar och vardagsrum och pulverrum på första våningen. Det finns tre generöst stora sovrum som sover nio totalt och ett badrum på andra våningen. Hemmets hela exteriör och interiör har smakfullt målats. Koppla av på den omhöljande verandan eller på det nybyggda, privata bakre däck med utsikt över skogen, lätt åtkomligt från skjutbara glasdörrar i matsalen.

    Avstånd från några större städer: South Haven ligger drygt två timmar från Chicago och tre timmar från Detroit. Staden och dess bekvämligheter ger en underbar tillflyktsort för både familjer och par. En fantastisk semester till ett bra pris.

Charming home with a great location

We enjoyed staying in this house and especially its location. It was one of the most well stocked cottages we have ever stayed in. It had everything we needed, and then some. It was an easy walk to town, and the neighborhood was charming. We would stay here again!

Girls weekend

We had a wonderful stay at this location. Everything was neat and clean. Close to town without being in the middle of it. Property manager was very responsive when we had something break on us and had it fixed very fast. All in all a great property and a fantastic weekend

Nice Lake House

We enjoyed our stay at this lake house with 3 adults and 2 kids. The front porch with swing is a slice of heaven and the kitchen table was great for gathering after cooking dinner on the grill. Quick 5 minute drive to north and south beaches (Too far to walk to the beach with all of our beach gear and kids) and walkable to downtown area. The owners were very communicative.

Long weekend - first beach vacation with little kids

This was the perfect house for our first family vacation! We have three little girls (5,3, and a baby) and we made great memories both at the beach and in this home. We especially loved the porch swing! It was so clean and very well stocked with everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

The house was adorable and comfortable. Only wish we would've known there wasn't an iron and a blow-dryer, which normally wouldn't matter, but we were in for a wedding, so those would have been very helpful. We would stay there again though!

Conveniently located!

Everything was just as pictured. House had plenty of room for 5 adults and 2 kids. Easy 1 mile walk to the beach and shops along the river. We especially loved the large front porch.

Checking in was easy and the communication was great. Nice house with nice open rooms for large family gatherings. We loved the front porch and the back deck. Only issues were the double bed in the front bedroom with the one twin in it is very sway backed and uncomfortable and the upstairs got VERY warm no matter how cool the air said it was. It was a series of 90 degree days so I am sure that contributed but it was very warm. The fans definitely helped.

Perfect for our annual Girls weekend

We enjoyed exploring and shopping in South Haven.This property is exactly as described. We were able to walk into town in about ten minutes. The house is well stocked with appliances and staples if you wanted to cook. We ate out for the most part and were able to relax and catch up in the evenings. There was plenty of space for us. This house is very nicely decorated and we even met one of the neighbors who was very nice and looking for his cat!Neighborhood is quiet. I highly recommend giving it a try if you want to see South Haven! Kyle answered any questions we had very quickly.

Great location and neighborhood

We felt very safe in this home and this neighborhood. We loved the ease of walking to local eateries. The beds were comfortable and the living room had a nice vibe to hang out and talk in the evenings. The reason I didn't give it a "5" is that it is a little rough around the edges. The porch needs a little attending to (sagging boards and a coat of paint) but it was very clean and convenient.

Comfortable house, excellent location

We had a lovely time staying here. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. Owners were responsive and helpful. It’s an older house with character; the main floor was a bit uneven in places which set off my vertigo. Noting for folks who may be sensitive to that. Bunk beds were great for the kids. Proximity to the playground, marina and downtown shopping was awesome. Front porch and back deck were great to enjoy sitting outside. Neighbors super friendly. We would stay here again!

Great weekend away

My best friend is getting married. A couple of friends and I decided let’s do some king salmon fishing. We aren’t drinkers and fishing is our thing. We had plenty of space and mins away from everything and the water. Thanks again will be back.

Great location!

The house is just as it looks. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds are comfortable. Plenty of family friendly dvds, puzzles, and games if you have a rainy day or need down time. Nice large dining room and table with seating. The deck with a grill and the porch are great bonuses. The neighborhood is pleasant and safe. Cute little park on the corner if you have little kids. I have teens so we didn’t use it. The location is ideal!! Very short walk to town and beach.
