Hello, Our dates for the pools are posted every year. We opened them this year on Memorial Day weekend which was this past weekend and they were indeed up. I cannot see when your reservation was, but we are sorry you could not enjoy our amazing pools. Typically they open Memorial day weekend to Labor day weekend, weather dependent. Please check with us next time. A 1/5 rating does not reflect the guest experience here, but we hope you get to visit again.

We do not offer breakfast, nor is that posted anywhere on our Bio, website, or page listing. The lower ratings for this is damaging to us and does not accurately reflect the guest experience. We do offer a discount at the New Park Gastropub downtown, and stay tuned for some new amenities in the coming seasons! Coffee & Tea are offered daily. The hot Tubs are brand new outdoor additions that were just dropped off that we have not had prior. We do have 2 heated pools and a sauna as well, in addition to the entertainment and fitness centers.

Hello, we explained all of this for you when present. The soap dispensers are no longer in use as we provide them in individual bottles for you. Maintenance responded to your shades at 11:30 PM as soon as notified and replaced it within minutes. Each room is cleaned to extremely high standards and there was no smell before or after in the unit. We do not respond to threats to issue refunds, and our staff was not treated kindly. We will respond to each and every concern and each review, as we take our hospitality very seriously and aim to exceed all expectations and pride ourselves on being the nicest and only Lakefront hotel on Lake Michigan.

Hello, Our property is the only Full Service Lakefront hotel on this side of Lake Michigan, and currently has the newest rooms. We do take pride in existing long before most resorts, which is why we hold this unique title. We have however renovated nearly the entire property and offer over 12 types of accomodations. You did not book a lakeview room, and as these are our standard rooms, do not offer the same amenities and fixtures as all other ones. Our newest units are only only months old. This does not accurately reflect the property, but we encourage you to try a different room type that will better suit your needs. Thank you for staying!
