This home is designed for congregating with family and friends, with room for every family member and sits in the private and gated neighborhood of Glenn Haven Shores in South Haven, MI. ​Glenn Haven Shores is a private, residential beach community set in quiet woods next to Lake Michigan between South Haven and Saugatuck, Michigan. Great room includes kitchen, dining area and living room featuring a fireplace and 18' cathedral ceiling with open upper loft. Main floor primary suite has access to the screened in porch. Basement is finished with 2 bedrooms, family room and full bath. Wonderful outside living space with a fire pit and hot tub.Rain or shine, this home has plenty of activities to keep your group entertained, including a hot tub and foosball table. Enjoy an evening surrounded by nature and a warm fire while stargazing with a glass of wine or making s'mores with the kids. Relax in the hot tub after a long day of shopping in town. Begin your day with a long walk in the neighborhood with a cup of coffee in hand or bring your bikes to ride through the private neighborhood. Very Nice Property

The only reason I didn't give it a 5-star was because it said there were beach chairs for use. We couldn't find any. Or beach towels. Otherwise, we'd have brought our own. But the place was nice.

This HOME is wonderful. Even in heat warning weather, the patio umbrellas protected us. 6 min walk/2min drive to PRIVATE beach on lake Michigan was the best. Perfect location between adorable towns. Hit the amazing farmers market on Saturday, beware the pies are so good.

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was a short drive to South Haven and Saugatuck and a short walk to a very private beach! Beds were comfortable and kitchen large and well stocked. The owner was very attentive even coming out to fix a difficult door. Highly recommend.

Excellent well stocked home, with lots of gathering spaces, walking distance to Lake Michigan with a private sand beach. Great outside spaces, easily accommodated 12 people. Would definitely book again!

Special Place

This house has a special place in my heart. Everything about it is special. I have been coming here with friends or family since before the current owners and it is always exciting because I come home recharged, rested and relaxed. The house itself is spacious, clean and bright. The location is great - quiet and neat. There is a lovely private beach, sunset park, open backyard with a fire pit and jaccuzzi. It’s a wonderful place to create memories, enjoy nature, disconnect from everyday life and reconnect with yourself and your loved ones. This place speaks tranquility, bliss and harmony. Good property manager not the best property owners

Location is great. The house is nice and spacious. Property manager was accessible all the time even though unfortunately we had to contact her late at night at 10pm she would always answer immediately. I doubt the owners have experience with renting their property and that does leave a bit of a room for a barrier, but that might change and things will be better the longer they have opportunity to stay in the market. Having the same cameras at home, the cameras they have outside on the patio are with voice recording which doesn't really bother mee too much but at the same time I do feel a bit awkard knowing someone not present might be hearing my conversation. Thought, this also might change with time since all of our AI assistants do hear us all day to send us the perfect ads, maybe the owners use it to learn how to improve themselves 😁
