Welcome to 340 Preserve Dr located in the Harbor Club South Haven Marina Resort Community next to the unsalted Lake Michigan. It’s been recently renovated to present a costal luxurious style vacation home. Enjoy the quaint and quiet beach town of South Haven with your large family or group of couples and friends.

Expertly designed and furnished to ensure an exceptional stay, this home boasts 5 elegant bedrooms, including two king-sized, two queen-sized, and an additional bedroom with three sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds, each adorned with luxury hotel quality linens and stylish decor.

On the main floor of the home, guests will be delighted to find a sun-soaked living room, wet bar, and sophisticated dining area with a breathtaking marina view, along with a fully equipped gourmet kitchen for creating unforgettable meals with ease. The lower level features a game room complete with a large smart TV, foosball table, and arcade for entertainment.

Step outside and find the luxuriant features that elevate the lakeside living, including a spacious patio with elegant furnishings and a portable firepit for al fresco dining and relaxation. The magnificent 3-season sunroom, featuring a wood-burning fireplace, 55” smart TV, stylish lounge furniture, and dining set, offers a tranquil sanctuary to unwind and bask in the marina view.

Fantastic home for all seasons!

We were a family with 3 generations traveling for a long weekend to enjoy fall in South Haven. The house is exactly as it looks in the listing: spacious, well appointed, clean, and comfortable. The communal areas - dining, 3 season porch, and patio - are absolutely amazing! As we traveled in October, our toddler loved the indoor pool. It was an easy 5 minutes to downtown. Phoebe was super communicative and quick to respond when we sent her a message. I'd absolutely recommend!

The perfect family vacation spot

We loved our stay in South Haven so much that we started researching availability for next summer before we even checked out! The house is set up so nicely for large multi-family groups with kids, and everything was very clean and comfortable. Between the screened-in porch, the deck, and the cozy dining room and living room, there was no shortage of places to hang and relax. The host was extremely responsive, even months in advance of our stay, and very accommodating. And the check-out procedures were simple and easy (no housework needed on vacation!). We loved our stay and would recommend this property to anyone coming to South Haven for a family getaway.

Perfect house for large group

We stayed with my extended family and this house was perfect. Big kids took over the bunk room and basement and there was plenty of room upstairs for the adults. The patio easily fit us all and the sun room was an added bonus. We drove to beach and town in <5 min. Would recommend this house!

Beautiful house

We loved our stay at this property! There was plenty of room for all 14 of us. (Age 4 - 72.) The kids loved the bunk room and we enjoyed eating on the spacious patio and at the tables in the dining room and the beautiful sun room. It was the perfect place to make some wonderful memories while celebrating our 50th Wedding Anniversary with our family.

Great for large groups with multiple gathering spaces.

Loved all the separate sitting spaces that made it easy for a large group to connect on different levels. The outdoor patio was definitely a hit. We had cold weather so didn’t get to enjoy it as much as we hoped but definitely enjoyed a fireside morning coffee and devotional. Home was very close to the pool. Close to shopping and close to the highway beach access was three minutes away. Highly recommend this home. Also, on a sidenote, if you want to use the fireplace, bring firewood for the outdoor fireplace. And bring extra because you will probably want to use it a lot. It’s very cool space. Thanks again for opening your home to us. We really enjoyed our weekend!

We traveled with 8 adults. This house served every need. Each level provides all needed space to gather, eat, and enjoy your time spent. Surrounding area allows for your hearts desire whether shopping, eating, or site seeing. Host is exceptional in making sure your stay is spot on.

Perfect home to get away from it all

My wife and I wanted to book a nice place in South Haven for a long weekend and couldn’t have found better in this home. The pictures don’t do it justice - it’s even better in real life. We thoroughly enjoyed the oversized deck (that has privacy with the trees surrounding it), and the screened in porch - We lit a fire in the wood burning fireplace and watched football one night and it was so peaceful (it’s also a very quaint and quiet neighborhood which was nice). The amenities were great too - beds are very comfortable, great soaking tub, plenty of bedding and towels, etc. You’re only a 5 min car ride to downtown, so that was also great to take trips in for some shopping and some meals (Taste was our favorite dining spot). Owner Phoebe was wonderfully kind, and very communicative (though we didn’t need to communicate often since the home is so well kept). Only advice would be to leave some counter cleaner under the sink so guests can clean up any messes throughout the trip. Truly a 10/10 experience and hope to come back again. Thanks, Phoebe!

Amazing stay!!

This property was a fabulous place to stay for our daughter’s wedding weekend! So adorable and cozy, but so much room throughout the house! Decorations throughout the house were top notch! The screened in porch was the ultimate hang out place! Absolutely favorite room of whole family! The deck is wonderful also!! This house had everything and then extras to make the stay more convenient. The neighborhood…fantastic and great location! Loved the wooded area across the street with trails to walk our dog! Phoebe was available and helpful immediately with our questions! We will be back….didn’t want to leave!

Great House for a Large Group.

Lots of bedrooms, as well as 3 gathering areas... this worked great for our family of 13! Loved the black-out curtains,,, that helped all sleep well. Property manager was very responsive and accommodating.

Gorgeous home for a family or group trip!

Our family travelled to South Haven over Memorial Day and were so lucky to find this home and host. The house is sparkling new and clean with designer decor. Plenty of places to sleep, bathe and relax. Family room, outdoor deck overlooking marina with lovely furniture. Absolutely stunning screened in bonus family room with fireplace and family table. In fact, there are 3 huge dining tables throughout the house! The owner answered all our questions within minutes . Everything you need is less than 6 minutes away including the beach. There is a wonderful walking trail right outside your door and a pool for the community. We will be returning !

Bright and clean!

Beautiful home with all the amenities needed for a family vacation. Great space to be together (or apart, if needed) ;-) We enjoyed the patio, pool, kayaking, nearby golf courses, and the beach. We rented a golf cart rental for going into town. North beach has beautiful sand and Caribbean blue water!

Great Home, Great Location!

My son and his family from NC and my daughter and her family from Lansing all spent 4 wonderful days at this home. The home was spotlessly clean, the furniture and decor were high quality, modern, and tasteful, and the kitchen was well equipped. We especially appreciated the beverage bar counter space, the commercial ice maker, and the screened in room to enjoy fresh air without the hot sun or bugs. We rented golf carts from Blue Water Rentals, just a couple blocks away, which made buzzing to the beach and downtown convenient and fun! Overall, this was a great place to stay!
