âThe bed was hard as a rock, the pillows were only 12 inches wide like pillows you put on a couch. I addressed this and asked for full-size pillows, but I was ignored. The pillows that are pictured on the website show full-size, but they were not it was ridiculous. Then the TV did not work and when I addressed this, they said we will send somebody down to teach you how to use the remote control. The remote control was not the issue.
