“Freezing cold in the room when we checked-in at 12:30am for a few hours of sleep. Despite trying to to get the heating going, incl. help from the staff, it was still like 13-14 degrees Celcius in the room an hour later. So, at 1:30am we got a another room. Again some 13-14 degrees in the room but this time the staff at least got the heating running and they also brought some portable heatets. At 2am the temperature in the room was at least decent. We cannot understand why the heating wasn’t...

“Great hotel, what a surprise. We stayed in many places in NZ during our trip and this hotel was the best. We did not expect that from an airport hotel. The hotel was super clean, the staff super friendly and nice. The restaurant offered really great food and service. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you for having us!! ”
