Helt fantastiskt ställe, som en dröm...

Great hotel, what a surprise. We stayed in many places in NZ during our trip and this hotel was the best. We did not expect that from an airport hotel. The hotel was super clean, the staff super friendly and nice. The restaurant offered really great food and service. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you for having us!!

Nice personnel, clean room and a fantastic inner yard to have dinner and a drink in if weather permits.

Det var alldeles utmärkt, vi ville stanna en natt till och dem löste det utan problem. Rent snyggt och trevlig personal ☀️

Ringer receptionen på morgonen och frågar när dom stänger frukosten. Vi vaknade sent det var nyårsdagen. Dom säger 10.00 och vi ringer 20 min innan. Vi packar ihop och lämnar hotellet. När vi går förbi frukosten sitter det folk inne i resturangen 11.00. Inte bra service in mina ögon hos en toppklass restaurang.

Extremely nice hotel with great and large rooms and fabulous staff.

First time staying at this hotel in Christchurch and definitely not the last. What a gem! Friendly staff, awesome rooms and the wine bar next door made the very short stay very enjoyable.

Fräscht och god frukost

Fantastiskt rum, vi blev uppgraderade till Penthouse av den vänliga kvinnan i receptionen. Väldigt bra mat på hotellet också.

Mycket bra hotell och ett stort & härligt rum. Utmärkta joggingspår precis utanför hotellet vis sjön och gratis shuttle till Queenstown varje timme.

All of the staff was really nice and caring. Made us feel really welcome. We would especially like to thank the receptionist Carlotta and the manager Anthony! They were really nice and even arranged a little surprise for us. We really appreciated the effort and they made a really good impression on us. They gave us great advice on where to go and it made the stay even more pleasant. The breakfast was great and the view amazing! The hotel has free coffee in lobby during the morning and free...
